It was not possible to cook, which they said was possible. A picnic cooker was very unsafe plus they only had one oversized wok pan (not allowed in the picnic cooker instructions). The so called kitchen-terasse echoed because the water to the so called pool was running from 9 am to 5 pm everyday. It was difficult to talk without yelling. There were no windows and the downstairs was actually an outdoor space. I was very disappointed since the picture given was not the same as the place in reality. Plus the air conditioned bedroom was upstairs, the "villa" wasn't in one storey but two. Never again to this place. At least don't believe what is said on booking.com

All these photos are becoming clickbaity due to poor maintenance of the properties. Booking.com says food available - we got there and were told no food is available, you have to get it yourself. No ventilation in the bathroom - has holes in the long windows Bathroom is on the ground floor and inconvenient if you ever need to go during the night No toiletries provided Towels had holes in them and one smelt funny Bathroom had cement bits on the floor Fridge reeked of beer All of downstairs is extremely hot as it a open design. Bedlamp wire was adjusted, removing the switch and connecting it directly to the plug via socket. Only way to turn it off is removing it from the plug. Bedroom curtains had lost of dust in the top right corner Air-conditioner in the bedroom makes a fair amount of noise if you go above the first speed. No landline in the property

The staff were friendly The bedroom was nice (only place to have aircon but the sliding door does not close fully allowing for mosquitos to come in and hot air from the open hall to come through.) Location is good, plenty of food nearby

Great, isolated rooms. Private plunge pool and clean. Very easy to get around Uluwatu and Ungasan if you have your own transport.

We cannot lock the living room at 3 bedroom villa and staff said no key for that villa. So we cannot leave valuable things on the living room. No restaurant and we cannot buy breakfast from them also. And this is not 3 bedroom private villa. It is 3 rooms which is located close to each other at the same area. people still can come to the garden in front of your villa and no privacy at all then. Wi-fi at main bedroom is not working, only working at 2nd and 3rd bedroom...

Reception Staff are so helpful. gardener and security are friendly also. Big parking area, me and my family bring 2 cars and I can park both of them.

I felt security was less at the property. There were hardly any guards or hotel staff available on the property. Apart from that, our stay was great!

We enjoyed our stay at Noah Villa. Some of the property's highlights are a Clean pool, spacious room, helpful staff and a peaceful location.

Older and a bit run down. Needs a renovation and new paint job inside the room. some construction ongoing on the neighbouring property. Not much sun for the pool. The only enclosed rooms were the bathroom and bedroom. The rest was open air but not an issue.

The price was good. There is a small pool with the room. The air conditioning in the bedroom was good. The reception staff was nice. The villa is two floors. bedroom upstairs and kitchen and bathroom downstairs.

It could be better with a little bit renovation such as for the door, curtain and change the sofa with something that easier to clean so we can use it comfortably. And also extra cleaning for the villa.

What an absolute treat it was to have this multi level all to myself. The staff were incredible, and the property was equally. Short walk up the road, you’ll find Cuppa. Best coffee in Bali. Food’s delicious too. Thank you Noah Villa. I’ll be sure to return 🌻

Not that it’s dirty but doesn’t give a “clean” vibe just because it’s old and ran down. Sofa had lots of cigarette burns. The bean bag chair was almost flat.

Affordable and ok for the price. Nothing more or nothing less than what you pay for. It was within walking distance from one of the main streets with local warungs and pepito super market.

There was a Chapel Inside our Villa and They did not mention and even in the booking that will be visitors and people to come and violate our privacy for Photo session ! Also a lot of the Animals walking around The pillows and the Beds were dirty and a-lot of yellow spot over-there
