Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Such a comfy bed and clean room. Really pleasantly surprised! Super impressed with toiletries too and that breakfast is included for such a great price. Perfect location

Staff were very friendly but lacks a level.of professionalisn that yoy expect in a service-oriented facility. They were lying down in the recwption couch like they were just lounging in their own living room.
It's in a very good location. Nothing fancy but place is clean, confortable and near good restaurants.

Only that the room was a little small and no outside window. Otherwise all good.
Clean room with shampoo etc included. Helpful and friendly staff who let me store my suitcase while I went off to travel light. Thanks!

This property was well located and soo. comfortable. I stayed in two rooms and i was impressed with both. Spacious rooms and showers. Beds were comfy. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Laundry service right next door. Although becareful, i told the lady separate my clothes and she ruined two items. (Bleach stains on my black top, and a dark blue stain on the buttock part of my light colored short that looks like i peed or something). I wouldn’t recommend that laundry place. Shops for food and snacks are plentiful on the street. Id stay here longer if they were not fully booked.

There’s a distinct smell in the bathroom. It must be the drains.
I love how quiet it is and it’s situated near most of the nicest Warungs and cafe in Sanur.

Staff weren’t particularly helpful, I asked them to book me a taxi to the airport but they didn’t and wouldn’t provide any breakfast for me to take 10 minutes earlier than breakfast started.
Nice room, storage space and bathroom. Had a small pool/ sunbathing area which was good. Good location.

The only 1 minor complaint was the shower/bathroom needed a good clean as dirt is building up in the usual areas and this will only get worse. The Shower/bathroom looks very new it would be a shame to let it go downhill. Just a little bit of attention to detail in that area and this place is perfect, as the staff obviously do a wonderful job of everything else.
Fantastic location in Sanur, everything worked, the staff even supplied a hair dryer for my wife, the bed was super comfortable, AC was nice and cold, has a good size fridge in the room, and kettle for drinks if you want. Lovely little dip pool right out the front of the rooms.

Smoking was allowed in public areas so we had a group of smokers that would hang out in restaurant. Non smokers had to wait for them to go out.
Nice pool and breakfast. Comfy bed.

Beautiful little villas in a perfect location to everything you need. The staff are so lovely and very helpful with anything you ask for and the rooms are comfortable and very clean. Excellent small pool to cool off in and lovely gardens too.

Rats in the roof were a bit noisy in the mornings, but this is Bali and rats are everywhere, not much you can do about that !

Very nice rooms located adjacent to a small swimming pool. Staff were very helpful and provided an early breakfast for our group so we could catch our ferry.
