Nice and big pool, staff was friendly and polite, location is good as there were a few cafes around.

It would have been amazing if the ground floor was air conditioned. Annoying neighbouring dogs that woke us during the night.

Only air conditioning in the bedrooms so it’s very hot and it’s a little rundown. Also the pool doesn’t have any open area for you to get some sun if you want a tan as it has a roof

The staff were incredible. My friend broke her phone and they helped her organise someone to come to our villa and fix it within 15 minutes, and they were very very helpful at all times. breakfast was delicious and the bathrooms were very big.

it was a little bit far out for beaches etc,and the traffic was busy but the property was beautiful

it was so spacious,we had the 2 bedroom, huge living area,dining room, great sized clean pool ,very private,very quiet, excellent staff,clean and comfortable,,huge bathrooms, nice gardens , nice bed, there’s restaurants and massages nearby, …we went a day trip and the staff cooked us boiled eggs to take, it was too early for breakfast and they went out their way , very nice…the breakfast was plentiful and served to the room

Airconditioning: there is no AC in the common areas downstairs, and only one fan with no fan on the dining area. The 2 ACs in the rooms also didn't work well. So we suffered a lot in the heat, specially since the rooms were upstairs and using the stairs everytime caused lot of exersion in the heat. The staff should provide pedestal fans at least in the dining area. In general the place needs renovation.

The staff were amazing, super helpful. I left my watch at the place during checkout and they contacted me later to return it to me. Room service was efficient and thorough. The villa was large and clean. Pool was nice.

There's not much to do in close proximity and you need to use a taxi to reach any bars or cafés, the breakfasts were rather simple and not of very high quality.

With the layout you had to lock off living area then go up stairs to bed on 1st floor and then lock bedroom door.

Very spacious property, starting to show age in places, pool was nice and long, breakfast was great and arrived on time. Great food options nearby - Cous Cous and Fabrica had good GF options

Not enough parking to hire car for a week.

It was quite far away from everything because of traffic and everyday we had to get a gojek to get to places. The kitchen where they prepare the breakfast was very dirty and very unhygienic. The breakfast could be better very small. We were still hungry.

It was very spacious. Huge villa. Pool was beautiful. Bathroom was huge. Very private. Massages in your own villa. Aircon in the room was good. The driver the villa got to pick us up from the airport was very nice.

The kitchen could do with a few more items for cooking in the Villa.

Really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were lovely and the Villa had heaps of space. The kids loved feeding the fish daily!

These are only minor issues, but the wifi did drop out quite frequently, however once it would reconnect the internet speed was very fast. And although the stepping stones leading to the main door looked amazing, it was a little inconvenient having to carry luggage across them.

Breakfast was fantastic and the location was very central and convenient. Very spacious and cosy villa with excellent service from the staff as well. Would definitely stay here again as it was well worth the price.

Good location, close to walk to many restaurants, and to get a massage. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and delivered to our villa each morning. Our family of 4 had a great stay. Organising an extra bed was easy, with a reasonable additional fee.

Its quite far from the beaches. we walked (3,8km to Canggu beach) and next day took a taxi to Semiyak. So though it worked because we could "access' both locations catching a taxi is not fun in Bali. If just a couple or older kids getting a Motor Bike will be awesome, but we couldn't do that with 3 kids

Very warm welcome. Staff were friendly. The Villa is spacious and comfortable. Well equipped. Great for a family. The service was great. Breakfast was great and always served at your preferred time. Convenience store and nice restaurants close by

we got the villa that is the closest to the street, so it was noisy and got pollution smell due to traffic and vehicles. other than that, the place was perfect!

the place is comfortable, clean, and spacious. it’s a value for money, good deal kind of place as the bed and furnitures used are high-quality.
