The room service menu needs more options, we had the duck and it wasn’t good and therefore didn’t eat at the hotel for the rest of our stay. The roads leading to the hotel are very chaotic so many a little bit more signs or light.

The shuttle service was very helpful! The location so great but the local taxis can get lost trying to find it so having the hotel shuttle helped a lot! The staff were super responsive via WhatsApp and in person! 10/10 for customer service

It was a little out of the way to walk anywhere so you had to get transport organised or you could hire motorbike in town.

Lovely reception and staff, very welcoming, beautiful bed/linen and bathroom, very modern and accommodating.

the location is a bit far away from anything, they do offer a free 5km shuttle but it only runs till 6pm. if you’re keen on a motorbike it’s fine, if not just use the apps to get rides.

Great property with lovely grounds, nice individual pools and good food. loved being away from the hustle a bustle of Bali and the staff were all really lovely.

If you want a stay where you just chill out at the pool all day, it's perfect. However the location is not very good, it's quite far from most things.

The villas are really nice and the food was great. The staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was amazing! A la carte service, Made to order. Very fresh and they can prepare vegetarian option. They have selection of coffee beans to offer. All The staff were super friendly and they go miles to make your stay memorable! The villa is very spacious, super comfortable bed, and the sunrise view every morning is just breathtaking! They have morning yoga class and guided bicycle tour for free!

Beautiful place, very clean. It was perfect stay. Breakfast and all meals was delicious. Having a private driver was great option. Hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Service is on such a high level. I highly recommend this place!! I hope I will have an opportunity to come back there again.

This villa is THE BEST STAY i have ever had anywhere. I have never been so well taken care of. Kadek made sure that my meals were always delicious (still dreaming of the chocolate dessert) and kudos to the concierge team made sure my stay was always exciting. I will never forget the sunset boat ride with champagne. It was beautiful! I'm coming back to Prasana again!

Built on a slope, the daily walk to the reception/restaurant was difficult for wife with asthma. This was not mentioned in the brochure.

kitchen staff not maintaining covering their hair while cooking which I saw many time hair on my food, I recommend to them to wear something to cover their hair, they did it one day then went back to same habit.. that’s the only problem I had but everything else is good.

NEVER NEVER AGAIN dirty toilet as if for weeks not really cleaned up, smelly breakfast: cheese and ham looked as if they have not seen the fridge for days, no good selection, fruit juice was watery first day evening: cockroach and big lizard beside our bed next day really big frog in our bathroom free taxi service was announced on website, but for both days taxi was first not available even announced 2 hours before reservation, finally we booked a taxi by ourselves location is very isolated only to reach over very very bad roads hotel is much too expensive, even cheaper we would not come again here in Bali are many other wonderful and great location, which we enjoyed so much Prasana Villas by Arjani Resort not more than 1 star
