It is a quiet and really nicely decorated hotel. You have a beautiful view on trees with flowers and hear the birds. It is a very nice place to relax. The pool is fresh and relaxing to swim in. (Not so deep ). We loved the lemon ice tea, the vietnamese coffee. The massage offered by Parvati is the best we had in Indonesia we really enjoyed! In general all the staff is really friendly and working/ cleaning conscientiously! It felt so nice here that I was wishing to stay here all day - eventhough I normally don’t just stay in hotels and rather go on adventure outside.

Bed covers, towels were clean but a little marked. Restaurant is limited with breakfast but having said that eggs n toast is enough for us.

Staff were amazing, friendly and always had a smile. Location is fairly good, 5 minutes to the broadwalk but you were at the start, so a taxi ride every day. Having said that a taxi from one end of the broadwalk to the other was only $3

The bathroom could do with an upgrade. Water pressure was not good and the stone bath and tiles have become stained over time.

The pool was very clean. Bed super comfy. Great having the restaurant there delicious food and great prices. Rented bicycles to get around which reception organised.

Great hotel staff, especially the three girls on the front desk, always willing to help re bookings & transport. Great pool with both shady and sunny spots throughout the day. Quiet location., 8 minutes walk from beach. Great grounds, well kept by a great team. Easy 800 metre walk to group of restarants and shops. Closer to beach front restarants and Warungs. Supermarket a bit further on. $3 Au bluebird to top of Sanur with plenty of available cabs. Rooms spacious and well appointed room with suitcase benches, wardrobe and side tables to put all your stuff on and away.

The included breakfast was poor with a choice of juice or coffee rather than providing juice and coffee. The hotel does not supply coffee or shampoo in the rooms. The biggest thing that could improve this accommodation would be to install perspex over the open area in the bathroom. The bathroom is good but some might be put off by the fact 25% of the ceiling area is open to the elements.

The staff were very pleasant in this accommodation. The receptionist was very helpful and the check-in was very efficient. The room was good with a huge bathroom and good shower.

The open air bathroom was beautiful, although it was tricky if you needed to use overnight. Mosquito's tended to bite from sundown, so we got lots of bites from just using the toilet overnight. Not a big issue, just something to be aware of. Also there are stairs to get down to the main accomadation and restaurant from street level, again, not a big issue, but tricky with a pram, or for those who struggle with stairs.

The rooms were very clean, and the aircon was so nice and cold! Loved the pool area, although small, it was always a lovely temperature, and partly in the shade most times, which really suited our family. There was always recliner chairs available poolside, and the restaurant was steps away, meaning you could order food and drinks easily. We loved the fish in the ponds lining the pathways to the rooms (it was one of our highlights, seeing them on our walks back and forth). We also loved the helpful reception, waiters at the restaurant, and room attendants. They were always available for questions, and were amazing at sorting out any issue. We truly loved the staff, and our baby was so happy to babble at everyone, and play with the staff. We were able to hire bikes with a baby seat through the staff, and this helped us get around. Everything is pretty close to the accommodation, maybe a 10min walk to the beachside, or 5 min ride.

Breakfast wasn't included in our booking and I wish it had have been. It would have made things easier for our family. Kids loved the waffles though.

The hotel is very pretty, the water and fish are gorgeous to look at and the gardens in general are beautiful. The pool is nice. The hotel feels very private and quiet. The beds were great and the windows in the rooms made the spaces really peaceful.

Very welcoming hotel. I loved the room and especially the large outdoor bathroom. I also thought the location was good - off the busy streets of Sanur so was nice and quiet, but also easy access to the beach and restaurants/shopping.

The restaurant would of been great if it had specialised in Indonesian cuisine…there is so much more to their food than nasi goreng & gado gado as we discovered locally.

The location, staff, peaceful surrounds & comfortable room were fantastic. Special shout out to Sutchi who was such a joy, so helpful, great spirit, & beautiful personality.

It was all good. I would stay there again. There are steps to negotiate to get down to the lovely pool deck. No good for people with mobility issues.

The location is good, very peaceful and the pool and garden setting are gorgeous. Th Vietnamese restaurant on site is very good, Well priced meals and snacks all day and evening. it is a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach in Sanur. Close to lots of restaurants and bars. the neighboring massage business was lovely too. Bottled water was replaced by bulk drinking water and jugs to refill. Good to dee less use of plastic bottles.
