The staff is great, and the hotel vibes are awesome. Good pizza and cold beers at the restaurant. We had to be at the airport at 4am and they promptly arranged the transfer.

The curtain is not dark enough to block out the early morning sun.

The room that I stayed in needs a paint job. Bathroom is somewhat dated. Pillows were not satisfactory. No headboard on the bed. The a/c takes forever to cool the room eventhough the temperature is set at 16 degrees celsius. Hit or miss on the towels.

Good location. Its in the quiet part of central Jogja. Walking distance to local restaurants, shops, supermarket and Mc Donalds. Landscaping was impressive. Surprisngly nice pool area and garden. Good local breakfast.

The hotel is located in a quiet area of the city but still walking distance from main attractions (Kraton and Malioboro are 30min walk, ). The room was spacious and bed comfortable. Cleaning service was ok however some improvement is still possible. Breakfast was good and offered both sweet and savoury options. Both hotel and restaurant staff were nice and helpful. The restaurant though only offers pizza and lasagna but you will find beer as well. The hotel can help organise an appointment for a massage in your room

Bring your earplugs, as it's very close to a mosque and it's quite loud around 4.30 AM. The room was simple yet comfortable (besides the pillows), but with big humidity stains and a overall old/not cared after feel. Breakfast selection could be improved.

The hotel is like a secret garden, full of amazing plants and very welcoming. The swimming pool was really nice in the Jogja heat, and the pizza was delicious. Water is available every day, the staff is quite welcoming.

Not blankets on beds...just one thin sheet...no toilet paper in rooms...we had to go begging at reception where the toilet paper was kept in very small rolls...even when checking in there was no paper. The pool has only 4 chairs for how many guests? Children of staff playing and splashing in pool made it hard to relax and keep your glasses dry for reading ...relaxing poolside.

External services they provided were awful. We asked for a car to Bromo and we got one without seatbelts, when we asked for a change they told us we had to wait an hour and that they only work with one company, we had to deal with a really bad guy, and they could not offer another option, luckily I got a contact from Grab and we managed by ourselves... But the hotel management of this was a disaster

Ant colonies in bathroom and bedroom. Breakfast selection was poor and as of 9am running out of several dishes. Bathroom could at least provide a shower curtain. Shower fittings were leaky With every shower the whole bathroom incl. Toilets got wet.

The towels are very thin they definitely need to be changed. And the room was small, expecting a little big bigger.

The staff was really friendly and helped us with reservation of tickets for temple entrances and shows. Italian hotel restaurant offers very tasty dishes and drinks; so were the breakfasts, very tasty and with many options to choose from! Rooms were comfortable and clean.

The hotel is really close to several mosques and has no soundproofing so we were woken up every morning at 4.30am by the call to prayer. Then on Saturday night there was also loud music until about 10.30pm and on Sunday morning (after the 4.30 waking) music started at 6am (locally, not in the hotel itself). Also the room had no storage and the restaurant only served pizza.

Large room, friendly staff, clean with a nice swimming pool. Rooms are well spaced out so doesn't feel crowded. Decent breakfast and reasonable amount of hot water.
