Beautiful property and exactly like the pictures. Staff couldn’t do enough for you and the breakfast served was exceptional. Getting the floating breakfast as extra one morning is definitely worth it

Welcome by the staff upon our arrival was great. Very friendly staff and super attentive and helpful throughout our stay and made it very enjoyable. Birthday surprise was very special! In room WIFI is available and great speed. TV has netflix and easy to connect. Breakfast is cooked in the room every morning by staff, there were enough options to choose from everyday and portion sizes are good. Room included filtered water coolers. Fridge is also available in the room. Spacious bathrooms, showers with good pressure. Mosquito and bug treatment is done every day which is fabulous. Location of the villa was perfect for our stay, walking distance to everything we needed for our holiday, pharmacy close by, spa/massages next door, cafes, restaurants & seminyak village all walking distance from the villa. Pool was awesome and cleaned daily of any leaves etc

Great location close to good restaurants and bars. Nice and private. Despite being close to the action, it was nice and quiet. I liked how staff would come to your villa to cook your breakfast.

The location is fantastic, easy walk to Seminyak Square & all the restaurants including our favourite Ku De Ta!! The staff are amazing each & every one of them!! They go out of their way to make you feel welcome & ensure you have everything that you need!! Thank you for making our holiday so special!

The pool was slimy and needed a revamp. Pool water was like bath water. Pools Look amazing and a reason to book but they need an upgrade

The pool access was not the best . We struggled to get out of the pool without a handrail as the steps were poorly designed.

We didn't use the Bathtub as it was not clean enough. Also apart from the mosquito coils (outside the room), property didn't provide mosquito repellent wall plug, which is expected in these parts of the world.

We liked the room and all the facilities in the Villa. We specially loved the the Pool and it was kept clean. Room size were good and the location was exceptional. Breakfast was also good with variety of choices.

Like other reviews it is looking a little tired but it is still great and still pretty luxurious. Much better than a small room in a flash hotel. The couch is a little uncomfortable and kitchen could be a bit better but totally passable. Breakfast was a little on the average side but nice nonetheless.

Amazing location and huge room, the private pool was fantastic and the the staff were really attentive but not overly so. The spa next door was also great. Loved the outdoor bathroom and they made a real effort to keep the mosquitos as bay each night. There is great coffee from a van across the street just up the road towards Sem Square.

A pool lilo or pool chair would have been welcome. The sofa is not very comfortable to sit or lie on though. And the pool needs a more frequent clean.

The villas are in an excellent location and the rooms and private pool are lovely.
