Please kindly rectify these for my next stay in December this year: I could not use any of the nonstick frying pans as they were badly scratched. The kitchen tap sprayed sideways. The bathroom basin mixed tap was often too hot as the cold water running at very low pressure; feeding insufficient cold water to balance the flow with the hot water. Please attend to black mould which was seen at the back-seal of the bathroom basin. The drying rack brackets were broken and could not stand up properly.

The front office Ayu and housekeeping Sandita and his team were patient with heart warming smiles, going out of their way to communicate and to help. Many thanks to all the staff! Excellent location: walking distance for restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, spas and the Sanur Beach. Plus points: Spacious and bright. Good floor layout. Sufficient kitchen utensils and furniture. Cool air conditioning and comfortable beds. For a two starred accommodation, I stayed on the 1st floor terrace house for 6 nights, was more than good; in terms of cleanliness, comfort and value for money.

Overall, the resort was fantastic. The only thing that could possibly be a bit better were the mattresses. For us, they were a bit too firm.

Hard to keep ants out of the kitchen. Bathroom door is not sound proof at all.

Management when given copy of items listed as part of money I paid. they just took off tea and coffee making , pool view sofa executive lounge,laptop safe ,etc local staff did find a toaster also listed but not there

Nothing much. One small annoyance the shower is over the bath and only hand held, no stand.

Rooms are fabulous. Bedroom and balcony, kitchenette with full size fridge, sitting room with lounge and dining table, washing machine. Huge pool, very quiet. Non smoking property except in a couple of places.

- gym has very little machines - room is a bit run down like the mirror, tiles, wall paint etc needs refurbishment but overall it’s clean - did not assist with luggages after check out

- it’s so near other places (walkable to cafes, beaches, retail shops, convenient stores etc) - peaceful and quiet - pretty and heated pool - water dispenser - friendly staff

Between the hotel and booking.com they messed up the change to the booking in terms of bed type. Make sure to confirm this with the hotel directly. Seems there is a lack of communication between the two on availability of particular room types. booking.com customer service were little help. Bathroom in 102 is a bit mouldy. Also, there is a bath which is a bit tricky, even dangerous, to get in and out of as it set on a tile ‘plinth’ about 60-80 cm high and only a shower handle and no actual shower. So perhaps not good for older guests or younger children. But it is a 2-star hotel, so any criticism needs to be considered in that light and I will be staying there again in October.

Location, price, apartment and facilities overall very good as a 2-star resort eg dining area, big kitchen with sufficient utensils, cutlery and crockery and a water dispenser, washing machine. Restaurant and gym available. Friendly and responsive staff.

the location and staff are excellent here. This was my second stay and I love the place. The villa I stayed was on the first floor and was huge, really great place to stay. And the property not only has a swimming pool but a small gym and a little restaurant on site.

Bathroom wasn't dirty, but it was old with water stained mirror. Nice spacious courtyard, but no seating so was unable to really enjoy the space.

Food from the restaurant was great, rooms were spacious, A/C was amazing. Pool was incredible.

Excellent atmosphere, nice and quiet on a great location. Just close to some nice warungs, bigger supermarkets and a main road to the beach. The apartment was well equipped, daily cleaned and included free drinking water (hot, normal, cooled)

Just a small thing: the bed are two separate single beds that even when they’re pulled close, there is still a gap in between . It’s not the best for couples!

Staff at reception not polite. Most staff were more preoccupied with themselves and daily tasks than acknowledging and attending to the guests at the hotel. Pool water was warm, shallow and not refreshing at all. Rooms need maintenance - very dated, rising damp, tarnished mirrors etc.Very disappointing.

The facilities in the apartment that I stayed in were old and tired. Wardrobe and kitchen cupboards need replacing and the permanent leak in the bathroom needs to be fixed. Management really need to invest in the actual property itself.

The friendliness of the staff and the location of the property were excellent.
