A beautiful hotel with excellent service and outstanding breakfast and dinner buffets. It is located next to a very large shopping centre, at the beach. The rooms are large, the ocean view room is beautiful. We enjoyed cocktails on the stunning rooftop bar every evening.

SingaporeWe had to request for a room change as the aircon wasn't working properly in the first room we stayed in. The second room was marginally better. That affected the quality of our sleep for our entire stay there as Bali weather is extremely hot! Breakfast area was always crowded as can be expected from a large chain such as Sheraton. The pool was rather small and was directly outside the main hotel restaurant, which didn't afford privacy for those lounging by the pool/swimmers.
Nicely appointed room thought abit dated. Decent seaview of the Kuta beach front. Very attentive and friendly staff!

SudanThe design of the room is very basic & no creativity & innovation. The Air conditioning is not working properly & I have to frequently request maintenance during two days of arrival. Then they provide a small fan to improve cooling cause the room was very hot. The TV is not include Netflix or other entertainment Apps. The value of money is little bit high compared to facilities.
Staff is very helpful & friendly. The location and view are spectacular.
