No kettle. No daily water. No toiletries. First time I’ve experienced this in Bali. And I’ve been quite a few times and stayed at lesser rated places.

Love it overall. But beautiful surroundings.

The rooms were not super clean. The room missed basic elements such as a shelf or cup for toothbrushes in the bathroom, no hooks to hang towels (inside or outside) and the water did not drain in the shower leaving an awful smell. Desperately needs new mattresses, slept awfully and would wake up with sore back, neck, everything. Cats roaming around and would hiss and screech at one another day and night. The walls were very thin so could hear neighbours watching TV all night and first thing in the morning. Pool was quite hot so not super refreshing.

Perfect location, close to shops, restaurants and beach. Room right by the pool. Beautiful pool and garden.

First room we had i request ground floor by the pool walked straight out and pool was there stayed an extra two nights due to sickness and requested a bungalow with twin bed and they where very accommodating and staff are so friendly Its tucked away and so quiet

This is our 17th year holidaying in Bali. Sinar Bali would have to be in top 5. We loved location. In middle of everything great bars, restaurants, coffee shops and close to beach. Down little lane so quiet. Love traditional style and gardens are stunning with pool in the middle. Double rooms good size. Had a look at the bungalows while we were there 😍 Staff were beautiful.

Sheets stained, old and very worn, no toiletries supplied, no clothes rack, no kettle, bathroom tiny.

Location and gardens, cleaner was lovely and most of the staff, special request to put 3 beds in room 24m2, granted but this was a mistake on my behalf, just no room to move with suitcases. Majority older Australian folk. Easy going hotel and could ask kitchen for hot water as no kettle. room was clean and bright enough in day. Opposite corner bar and posers only 4 minutes away, beach 5 minutes by walk if you cut thru lane way near melasti.

The room we stayed in was a little small - but at the pricepoint, we were more than happy.

Sinar was perfect for our needs. We stayed only for a couple of nights to ease into our holiday until our large group of friends arrived. The location was perfect with all amenities (ATM, restaurants, chemist, Circle K, bike hire) within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool was large and had plenty of lounges for guests.
