The location is great, right in front of the hotel there’s is a bike rental place which was so convenient! The hotel is close to Bali Galeri Mal and Cinema.

I didn't understand for the first time everything was fine, the area was clean and smelled good, but this was the second time I was on the 1st floor, the sheets were very dirty and clearly visible black spots, the floor was not clean so when I entered the room my feet felt dirty and slippery, but other than that everything is fine

This is the second time I have stayed here, good value for money, and access to the hotel is very easy and very strategic, there is a swimming pool but unfortunately I don't dare to swim because the pool water is a little bit dirty , it looks like it hasn't been cleaned, and I really appreciate the security work at this hotel he was friendly and very honest but I don't know his name, the staff is very friendly, check in is easy and fast

Not the most comfortable place in the world, with no outside views from the room, I Would not of enjoyed more than 2 nights, it is good for one night in my opinion.

i had a broken phone, and the staff was mega helpful directing me to the right location and even ordering me a grab, the lad went well out of his way to help me. Big Kudos to him

- there was a group of around 8 kids who were ‘playing’ in the pool, starting at 7 AM. I work with children so I have a high tolerance, but these kids were constantly screaming from the top of their longs. No parents or staff tried to calm down the situation. impossible to wake up relaxed or sleep past 7… not saying this is the fault of the hotel but for the sake of literally all the other guests (all rooms are located around the pool), the parents could’ve been approached by the staff to ask them to tell their kids to play in a calmer way.

Air conditioner leaked water but was rectified once notified. No milk or tea or coffee supplied. No microwave. Had to buy cups and spoons for our own hot beverages. WiFi was not very strong signal and kept cutting out.

Ordered omelette made fresh, every day. Room cleaned every day. Pool directly outside our door. Massuese available in room service for good value.

The view from the room is dismal. We closed the curtains instead. At breakfast the table is empty so you have to order and it takes 25 minutes for a scrambled egg to cook but it's a good portion. The electricity in the room goes off very often. The air conditioning does not work during absence.

bedcover and sheet looks like dirty ( cause its colors white ). No tissue in the bedroom ( just toilet tissue in the bathroom ). when first time we arrived, the Air in the room not good ( like not used for along time ). even staff gave me freshroom..but in the second day the air back normally
