the location (as is common in Seminyak) makes walking anywhere quite a challenge. Even where there are pavements, motorbikes will use them when traffic is blocked.

the staff were very helpful and would always deal with requests very quickly. it was good to have a pool area.

the wifi was really bad and didnt work 90% of the time and also the pool looked quite dirty i didnt see anyone in there.

Hot water for shower was not stable. Wash basin at bathroom side, where to wash face and brush teeth was not able to be used for 10days of our stay. Reason is that faucet has static electricity shock when I touched, so was water. Water from that faucet had strong stimulation which is like chemical. As basin was next to the shower, had to worry about shower too.

Had a good kitchen, quiet location. Mini convenience stores and supermarkets were near by. Big bathroom and big bed. Room was very spacious. Wifi was quite good. Staff was very friendly.

I would have liked more local choices for meals and drinks since Sunset Mansion did not provide these inhouse.

The rooms were a great size and allowed everyone to have space. Also the daily cleaning was of an exceptional high standard. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

It is a small concern, it would have been perfect if we could have purchased food and drink there - even a daily breakfast would have been great, or if they had a bar. But they did all that they promised and that was very, very good.

The rooms were excellent and were cleaned to a high standard every day. What was the most impressive thing was the staff who did all they could to help and were always friendly and kind. They probably went over and above what they had to do. Thankyou to all the staff for your help with my ill brother.

The photos offered do not reflect what we found when we arrived at the accommodation. The sheets gave the impression that they were very old and used as well as the towels, although the towels were changed every day. One area of the kitchen floor was broken as was the curtain. In general everything looked old and ruined.

The accommodation offers daily cleaning. We asked the host for missing kitchen items and he was very responsive.

Security is sleeping on guest couch in the lobby at night. I found a visitor sleeping INSIDE MY ROOM!! I did know the person but I wasn’t home. Unacceptable to let people in the room when I’m not there!! People intimidating others by knocking on the door and hanging around on the terrace because they were looking for someone. Staff giving information about guests to strangers. What the name is of the guest. Until when someone has a reservation. This is a big safety issue! Internet fall out everyday or to slow to do work from home. Iron board, sun bed furniture are broken. Not replaced properly

You only get 1 minutes of hot water. Cold showers. Air conditioning old and not strong enough. These apartments need some maintenance. Location is very bad on a busy street.

I went there to have a good rest before flying home. Only to be given prob the noisiest room. 101. Near the busy road and you can hear staff. You can hear the people in the room above. Which is very annoying. Woken up by sweeping sounds at 5.30/6.00am. some tiles on the floor are sharp on the edge. Where I nearly cut my foot. $75 a night no breakfast. I expected it to be a lot better.

There was renovations happening which was noisy..However, on the plus side...at least they are doing ongoing renovations in order to maintain the premises for future customers. Overall I would recommend this place

Strong noise from the road. The staff enters the room without permission, just after three knocks on the door. Dirty floors with hair. For our cost of 450,000 idr, we expected better.
