When I checked in bed looks like broken. On my request they changed my room. At the time of check out I told reception person that I m checking out and going for breakfast. U can check room and give clearance. When I checked out they said all clear u can go. Ageing they called me and showed some black spot on pillow cover. I said let us go to room and see. They had removed pillow cover and kept in cleaning basket and showed to me. I said u should have shown me before removing. Paid IDR 50000 as cleaning expenses. Embarrassing for me as well as do hotel. In fact first room where bed was looking broken and if I wud have stayed in that room, no surprise hotel wid have recovered money from me as I had broken the bed.

I like location which was located in market area. It is safe location.

The hotel is nice. Great value for money. But… the food and drink has a plus plus plus tax now… makes it as expensive as Australia im afraid. All in all Bali is too expensive now… Plus plus plus… its dead and empty to. Gets quieter each year. Yes i was in quiet time … was a ghost town. Feeling sad and bad for balinese . The people will suffer unfortunately

Happy hour drinks were short on alcohol The noise early morning and late at night from other guests in the hallways was very loud. Room 267 had a blind that didnt close And no door chain

Rooms smelt of mold. Very small rooms. Uncomfortable hard beds. Staff had poor English - unfortunately we had an incident during our holiday and required a police report (we just needed some direction) staff were not helpful due to lack of English (I under English is their 2nd language) however, note that most travellers would be of English speaking backgrounds. Booked for 5 nights,had issues with the included breakfast the first two mornings (staff not allowing guests to use the included breakfast), escalated to manager however, the same thing happened the following morning. Do not eat at the motel as the meals are terrible. Will not be staying here again.

Our booked room wasn't available to us on checking in we were then placed in another room for 2 nights of our stay then asked to move again. We were compensated with transfers to our next hotel but it was very inconvenient

The water provided in the room was 355ml in glass bottles (the only complimentary water). I had a corner unit and you could really hear the people walking by and wheels of things going by which was kinda disrupting

I liked how the property was very central. You are about 10 minutes to the beach and it’s easy to get around. The staff were great and accommodating. Added touch there was a Starbucks in the bottom of the hotel (great for wifi).
