The only downside is the beach isn’t the best around the area. The sea is quite dirty and has a lot of rubbish.

The hotel is very nice. The room is lovely , it’s got an outdoor shower , very nice. The rooms are facing the garden and the pool. Staffs are super nice and friendly. The food at the hotel restaurant is also good. Good experience there.

The room was great. However, just a little more detail needs to be eyed. Like mould around the taps and drain in the bathroom. The concrete figure in the shower is green, bleach will fix this. The curtains around the day bed by the pool need a wash and the green growing around the pool needs to be addressed. Is it okay for the ground staff and cleaners to lay on the bed of guests before it is cleaned?

The staff were amazing, the breakfast was excellent, and the room was great. The grounds were immaculate. Fantastic resort to stay at, have stayed here before, and will do it again.

The only thing I can think of is that the ocean right in front of the resort but getting in the water is a hassle because there are stones and lots of water plants. The resort provided sea shoes which was good.

Everything about the resort was good. The food (plenty and tasty). The staff was amazing and did everything to make our stay wonderful. The spa was great and affordable. The villa was absolutely beautiful, big, outdoor bathroom very nice (clean!). The garden is very well kept, clean.

Amazing landscape and well maintained .. just can't get enough to look, relax and stay at such beautiful Resort.. No word to describe till you experience it.. Room comfortable living space, complete amenities and open bathroom are awesome.. I highly recommend this Resort for anyone visiting Sengigi, Lombok.

What can we say about our stay in this perfect hotel... we have no words to describe this amazing and unforgettable experience. We stayed 7 days in the Chandi and we loved every single moment in there. The highlight is the staff, they make you feel so special and at home. All the available services are done with passion. Great food, best massages, gorgeous, clean and spacious Villa, wonderful pool, beautiful beach with stunning coral, we saw a different sort of fishes and turtles too. Best sunset's we saw in our life's. The atmosphere in this place is so paceful and healing. We want to thank everyone who made our experience in Chandi a dream come true and we will definitely come back.

I loved everything about The Chandi. Such a wonderful property, exceptional value for money, the staff were lovely, the breakfast was perfect every morning, cleaning the room everyday, service was 5 star. Only wish they did woodfired pizza, but the oven was broken :-(

The menu in the restaurant was small.

This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. Stunning views from the rooms and pool. Lovely friendly staff and clean restaurant area. The bathroom being outside was a lovely touch. Be careful if you don’t like lizards being in your room - we didn’t mind at all. Taxi needed to get around.

Unfortunately beyond your control we didn’t swim in the ocean due to the plastics and rubbish. But the location sitting in the hammock was lovely Could I suggest perhaps a kayak or SUB (stand up board ) for paddling with life jackets would have been a good consideration instead of swimming Free shuttle bus to the town of senggigi could be considered

Small but insignificant. They did not provide body lotion in the toiletries. The beaches were not at all clean. So you would not fell comfortable going in the water or walking there.

Everything else was amazing thank you,especially sunrise and sunset with the calling to prayer in the background was most beautiful.

Nothing to dislike.

We extended our stay that says it all really. We have stayed in Laos Thailand Vietnam Cambodia Malaysia Sumatra Bali and here is as good as anywhere and in for relaxation and level of staff service better than a lot of places. Lutfian is a legend and the girls in spa offer amazing massage’s. Food is great and probably the most important thing of all for us is the beds are large and comfortable very clean and everything is well maintained, Including the beachfront and gardens which seem to have constant maintenance (they keep the whole place very clean and tidy) Nothing seems too much trouble for the staff. It’s not stupid money either so I guess it’s a no brainer we would stay here again anytime.
