3 keys given for the Villa when we only needed 1 key. It was annoying having to find the key to open the gate as they all looked the same. Having to ask for milk for tea or coffee. Butter for the pancakes toast when ordering your breakfast Getting out of the pool It was wonderful to have pool but the step to get out of the pool is very slippery and narrow. It would be very difficult and challenging for elderly persons or people with disabilities

The size of the Villa was really good. We enjoyed the breakfast. Having two bathrooms and outdoor seating area next to the pool.

Needed more attention to cleaning, the fridge needed to be cleaned and some spots on the floor in corners mainly but overall nice and freshly cleaned

The cleaning. The air vents were filthy. The air conditioner was loud, the rooms were desperately needs a bit of maintenance to get it up to scratch. There are water stains on the tiles and shower screens.

I liked the private pool. Unfortunately the older I get the harder it is to get in and out of the pool, there was no steps to get in or anything to hang on to, to get in and out. Breakfast was delicious. The people were lovely. It was soo quiet and private, which is exactly what we wanted.

Loved the extra large pool in the villa and the room was huge. It had a large bedroom and bathroom and a separate large living room and kitchen. The location of the villas is walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the Bintang supermarket, and Double Six beach is about 1.2km away. There is also a local supermarket and some local food options just across the road. Once inside the villa, it was so quiet and a nice escape from the busy streets of Seminyak.

some of the amenities could have had a make over. Hard access to pool in and out, need a hand rail for older people

Insects and bugs.

The staff are awesome, friendly, and always on their toes to assist in any issues. The location of the villa is great as it's near to Dewata Starbucks, Orchard Bar and eateries. The roads and alley way are leading to places which are aweyto take pics.

The kitchen seemed a bit run down and in need of an update. The plug in the bath tub didn't seal shut, so hard work filling up the bath.

The breakfast was fresh and tasty with lots of choice. The pool is huge and very clean. Large villa that was cleaned daily with a large living area great for families and kids. They supplied a pool fence, which was excellent.

Cockroaches, think cos of the storm and the living/kitchen area had the smell of smoke and didn't feel very clean.

Only a 15 min walk into shopping strip but we took taxis because in those hot days, 15 mins felt like a long time. Taxi was only about $1.70AUD

The bathroom was a bit old, the shower hose was broken. I guess its just need maintenance (new tile, bulb & deep cleaning) Lots of insects & Mosquitoes in the living room especially night time.

The towel color was greyish white. It'd be nice if the management pay more attention to the towel laundry. Besides that, Everything went very well.
