While not easy to complain about anything the hotel location makes it difficult to go to local convivence stores for personal items that the resort does not supply. For example, toothpaste was not available

Both breakfast and dinner were exceptional for both food quality and service. The resort was extremely peaceful paying a lot of attention to the natural environment. The staff was exceptional at all levels, housekeeping to the front-end office all staff members went out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Beautiful properly tucked away in a corner. It was so relaxing & wonderful. The beach was perfect with kids. The staff is what makes this property amazing. They were so attentive & kind. Must stay if you’re in lombok!

The only thing I did not like was the complimentary horse and cart ride to a market that the hotel provides. That was animal cruelty: the horse was exhausted, she was too small to pull a large load, the trip was too much for her, blistering heat, she had no water, it was miserable for her. Horses are better off walking on grass, trotting on concrete for long trips is painful for their hooves, they are not designed to be road runners. The Oberoi should remove this activity entirely and replace it with something else. The current activity is unethical and is profoundly cruel.

A perfect stay especially if you have children. There was something always going on: coconut water time, wood carving time, sorbet time etc. The staff are excellent and having a private jetty is a huge bonus.

There was nothing in particular that we didn’t like. There is though space for small improvements but absolutely nothing major. One thing that I could think of is the way guests are getting on and off the boat (for snorkelling etc) at the pier- it’s quite difficult/dangerous as the boat is shaking and there is no opening in the fence, so it’s tricky to step into and out of the boat. There could be perhaps also installed rubber “dumping bands” around the boat/pier.

Honestly, after travelling to 11 countries and many hotels until now. I would pick this one one of the best ever, as there is a quote u do not need to die to go to heaven, I would say Oberoi Lombok is a fantastic luxurious hotel. Having a spacious room, beach access, great pool, many activates for the kids and adults, u will never feel bored One more thing to add is the details, having a bathroom flip flop with the size of my 4 kids was great moreover I felt Thore throat one day and the one of the team Brough complimentary ginger tea with lemon. Thanks for making my family trip memorable

The sudden chanting woke me up at 4am and I couldn't sleep again.The next few days, I used the earplugs provided by the hotel

The hotel has its own marina where snorkeling and diving can be arranged directly.All the waiters were smiling and the service was excellent.

Stayed for 6 days with my wife and kid. Amazing resort. We stayed in the Ocean View Pavilion. Breathtaking views on the ocean waking up. Breakfast is really great. The swimming pool is nice and you'll have free afternoon tea as well. The clean the room twice a day and the whole staff was awesome.

Everything was more than perfect. The staff goes beyond all wishes. Perfection and an eye to detail. We went to the gym, took the bike, played tennis, kayak and snorkelling- all for free. It was the first time in 3 weeks during our trip through 6 countries that we felt comfortable and like we are on a vacation. The garbage in Bali, Nusa penida and Lombok was very disturbing for us and we were mentally very sad and exhausted from our trip. This hotel made us forget everything. We extended our stay. The facility is stunning and it’s like you are in your own happy bubble.
