We had 2 trouble with the shower. The first with the broken drain and second with the broken shower. And the drying machine in the apartment took long time to dry

The only complaint I have is the Wifi was not very good. The internet speeds were very slow and the signal dropped constantly. I tried to get some work done while I was there but it was impossible since my connection kept dropping and even when it stayed connected, the speeds were too slow to get anything done.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would book again with confidence when I visit Jakarta. The breakfast was great and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing and it was very close to a shopping mall with many options for food.

We were disappointed that the Executive Lounge was closed for renovation Therefore as stated on their website there was no drinks and snacks served all day, but they did have a 3 hour evening for executive level members to go to the bar order drinks and snacks during this time. This was fine but usually you are able to go and see what is on offer and select your own in this case staff brought out a few bits and then you could reorder the same again!

We had a business Executive Room The room and bathroom were very large and very clean The Pool was lovely and relaxing On the days we were at the hotel the restaurant for breakfast was very busy and chaotic, the lovely lady hosting was very apologetic We decided to come back later and offered us takeaway coffees On our return still busy but managed to get a table The food selection was enormous but as it was so busy some food items were not available but saying that if you asked the waiters they were able to assist with your request.

Quick check in and the staff so helpful, really understand what i need on that day i checked in. All staff so nice and always give their hand...they even allow me to check in early ( Base on the room availability ). Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta always in my hearth.

First time staying in this Hotel, we really liked it. The room was big and nice.... and the Hotel location is great, walking distance from the Mall. The staff were all friendly, both the fitness center and swimming pool are big and clean and the Breakfast was fabulous!! A solid 9 for this one!

A fair bit of outside noise enters the room I arrived 6:00am from Australia and should have been given an option for early check in for extra charge. I had to wait in the lobby for many hours for a room to become available.

the shower facilities fell short of expectations. the switching mechanism between hot and cold water did not function properly, requiring unnecessary effort to achieve a comfortable water temperature. This inconvenience, although seemingly minor, impacted the overall satisfaction with my room, as a seamless and comfortable bathing experience is fundamental to guest comfort..

Sadly, the plug in my shower did not open, but solved that using a fork. Initially, the hot water in the bathroom basin came out brown, but just didn't use it after that. In my travels over the years, this was not the worst thing I had seen.

Location was exactly where I needed to be, the staff are wonderful to deal with, from check in staff to housekeeping, all staff were friendly and courteous. Room was spacious,but a little dated, maybe an update is needed.

First two days the executive floor was closed and we just book for this floor. Breakfast at standard restaurant. There were no free tables and we must sit at table with other guests. Only the morning we left we had breakfast at executive floor. Also the free cocktail hours were at other place and we could not choose the snacks.

Enough parking place. Enough wine served during cocktail hours.

The gym doesn't have any towels for use. The safe box in the room isn't working. Bathroom towel are very rough and not up to standard for a 5 star hotel.
