I reserved for 3 pax and there was no extra bed provided. I was told there was an extra charge. I was surprised because I always book rooms for 3 pax in Booking.com and the extra bed is already folded in the room charge. Anyway, at the end, they didn’t charge the extra bed. I also had to ask for extra towel because we were provided only with 2. There was also some question during our earlier stay. I booked for 3 pax with breakfast through booking.com but the records of the hotel show my reservation was only for 2. So I was being charged extra for the breakfast of my daughter. Fortunately , I had a copy of the booking confirmation so they were able to update their info. I have been booking through Booking.com for many years already and this is the first time this happened to me.

Maybe because this was The Residences so we were just given bath towels. The hand nor face towels were not included. I noticed too that when I took a shower, there was dirt on the drain cover. The floor of the shower area was quite slippery.

We were upgraded to a 2br suite which was very comfortable because there were 3 of us. Breakfast had a buffet and we could also choose from the a la carte menu. It was right at Pacific Place Mall which was very convenient.

The Residences were excellently located next to a mall with dozens of excellent restaurants. We also played golf locally at a great club. Staff superb and very clean spacious rooms. Pool was really cool and great poolside food

The food in the restaurant was delicious. My only suggestion would be to offer roast potatoes as an option at the Christmas lunch brunch (the staff very kindly made my husband some which was a lovely touch, but we were surprised not to see them as part of the buffet).

Amazing location. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Our children really enjoyed the Kids' Club with unlimited candy floss and popcorn. They also loved the pool. Staff were very kind and even found my eldest son a football to play with.

Everything. The room is very spacious and we were given the 2 bedrooms room. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is big, everything is clean. We love that there is a balcony as well. The staffs were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good with plenty options.

The air pollution is huge in Jakarta, you can't even spot the sun and should keep windows closed. Busy roads around the building. Traffic noise never stops.

The two bedroom apartment was very spacious and convenient for a family with two teenagers. Laundry washing machine was a good option for 6 night stay. Amazing view from the 27th floor. Nice breackfast with an option to choose meal from the Menu. Metro station just around the corner. Convenient direct connection to the shopping center from the hotel.

Bedroom not adequately insulated from noise from 2-day music event in park across the road. On check out, reception manager was unable to refund my AUD 370 deposit.

The location is excellent, and they are very thoughtul and responsive. I ask for the quiet room and told them that my son is having birthday during our stay. They gave us a quiet room, a cake, ballons and wishes notes. Really appreciate it.

Staff were exceptional, we traveled to Jakarta from Bali to celebrate a friends 30th Birthday. The staff organised cake, balloons and a beautiful photo montage to be playing on arrival. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the rooms were incredibly spacious and grand. I can not fault anything about our stay here, I will definitely be staying here in my next trip to Jakarta.

Everything was really great, I have nothing to complain

From the first time we entered the lobby until we checked out, the staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was spacey enough for kids to play and it was really clean and accommodating. The best was the location was right in the middle of Jakarta and happened to be exactly on the mall complex which was really awesome. I have so many things to say, but in short, it was one of the best family holiday we had!

The view from the 38th floor was amazing! the beds were very comfortable. we had a really good night sleep. breakfast was also good with different variation of food. last but not least - the stuff were super kind.

it’s a bit dated and need some touch-up. The towel sets definitely need to be replaced. When people stay at the Ritz they would expect clean, bright white fluffy towel, not some greyish white thinning version of it. Please equip the kitchen with basic cooking utensils, i.e knife and chopping board.

location is great, direct access to the mall, short walking distance to MRT station, Senayan sport complex.

the bathroom amenities were a bit below my expectation. there was only a fixed shower head, although with good water pressure, but i was missing the detachable shower head. also a bidet spray would always be a welcomed addition.

the hotel is beautiful upon entry to the lobby. its very luxirious. the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. the inside of the suite is above its competition when it comes to serviced apartments. the room service was excellent. the breakfast was exceptional. having a washer dryer in the room is really usefull especially with the hot jakarta weather. the beds are soft and comfy.
