Cant Think of anything which we don't like.

The property is great and clean, the butler come twice to clean up and spray mosquito repellents and doing dishes. Pool is a great size, kitchen is fully equipped. Butler was a great help and used them for breakfast every morning, Property bathroom needs a bit more love. We organised pool fence at our own expense so if you are travelling with kids who are under 1.5M height, it is highly recommended. Special Thanks to KUMARA for organising everything.

One tiny thing. The TV’s were only in the bedrooms and one in the outside / dining area would be handy

Property was super clean and exactly like in the online photos. Perfect location with short stroll to Seminyak square and with beach and sunsets nearby. So many restaurants within easy walking. The bedrooms and private bathrooms were air conditioned and modern. The pool and outside dining areas were very clean with plenty of glassware and cooking utensils You won’t be disappointed if you select Villa Chocolat. We are fussy travellers and plan to come back!

This villa is simply stunning. It is exactly as it appears in the photos. It’s stylish, spacious and has absolutely everything you could want. The swimming pools are fabulous. The location (a short walk to so many beach clubs, restaurants and shops. Most of all, Mr Komara and his team are simply the best. They will be there for you throughout your stay. You can trust and rely on them.

Electricity tripped a few times, but it was sorted within minutes!

The breakfast, location, facilities and ambience was exceptional. The staff and service was by far the best experience at the villa, they were so helpful and went out of their way many times to ensure we had a great trip. 5 star experience

The Villa was overall clean and tidy. The staff were courteous and their service were exceptional. They've prepared our breakfast on time. Rooms were kept tidy and the pool clean. The villa is secured and private and we were able to enjoy the place as a family. Overall our stay fantastic. Would recommend the place to others especially for families who want a space on their own.

Everything. We loved Villa Chocolat. We had the 5 bedroom villa, which did not disappoint. Spacious, 2 pools, Mr Komara and his team were excellent hosts and so friendly and accommodating. We could not fault anything.

Some of the kitchen facilities were quite basic if you want to do any cooking yourselves, and as all outdoors, the ants found anything that was left out!

Great location on a quiet street, but with central Seminyak and the beach a short walk away. A great villa to share with friends as 3 distinctly separate areas for 3 families. The pool and living space was big enough for us all to enjoy.

It would be great if there was coffee available in the morning. However we just purchased some from the minimart and used the filter coffee machine. A note if you have small kids, like most places there is no pool fence, something to be aware of.

Great location, very spacious property - huge. There are 2 pools and good security, friendly staff. There’s a kitchen so you have the option to organize your own breakfasts or the Villa staff can make it for you. The Villa staff can also organize takeaway and there are heaps of great restaurants nearby.

A little bit difficult to dry your hair & do your makeup in the outdoor bathroom if it rained a mirror in the bedroom would be handy & hooks behind the bathroom door to hang your towels as we used the clothes horse to hang out wet bathers etc.

Location was fantastic tucked down a little laneway off Eat Street staff were amazing!

VERY minor dislikes compared to our overall experience, but worth mentioning: - water pressure: pretty average and took ages to fill up with bath - location: great location but hard for some cars to get to, especially if they were unfamiliar navigating the smaller streets. Put the actual address in the GoJek to avoid any headaches - although they provided us with two kitchen bins, this was never enough for our large family. Staff came to clean 2-3x daily which helped tremendously

stayed here with my extended family (10 adults, 6 kids) comfortably. Amazing value for the size and location. Overall a great place; staff were lovely, especially Komara our butler who was amazing and so patient with all our requests. Rooms were spacious and each has an international adaptor, pool was a big hit with the young and old. walking distance to Ku De Ta and the main road.

Komara and team were excellent hosts of this beautiful villa. The location is super being walking distance to many places in Seminyak.

The staff were very rude and dishonest. They put a glass jug of water in the freezer which exploded and tried to blame on us and charged us. The same happened with an old mosquito net that was ripped charged us. The location is out of the way in a very narrow street that taxis and drivers usually refused to go to. If it rains you have to walk in the pouring rain. They said breakfast was $250K and you couldn’t order from the other menu (much cheaper) until 11am yet the menu specifically stated in black and white that you can order from 9am. They will not make any drinks or cocktails. There are no credit card facilities, you have to pay cash for everything. This is not stated. They advised online there is a mini bar- there is not.
