Room cozy and clean, great views over the city. Well equipped, good TV, fridge, kettle, desk. Hotel lobby well stocked, and good restaurants downstairs.

The staff was nice, room was spacious enough with modern and colorful decorations. It even had a food hall downstairs (really loved the Sate restaurant).

The volume of the music sometimes is just too loud in the breakfast and resting areas of the hotel. The wifi is not very good as it is falling sometimes in the room and the reception area.

Breakfast is generally good, the room is comfortable and clean as are the common areas and bathrooms in the hotel lobby. They do respect the clean or don't clean signs outside the door of the room which is a plus. They have filtered water everywhere in the hotel so we can refill our bottles which is great. The staff is superb and can help you with most everything.

The 3 in 1 - soap, shampoo and conditioner smells like dishwasher soap (why do you guys choose lemony fragrant though? I felt like showering with mama lemon). I love the suite room, but the bath tub is separated from the shower room, so be careful of extra slippery steps to get into the shower after you bathed. The shower room is sufficiently small, so if you’re plump like me then you need to squeeze yourself to pass the shower door. But again, I love the suite room. Tried to call the receptionist at 7-8 AM for 5 times but no answer, they finally answered when we called at 9 AM… you guys should have responded the 1st call. Do better :)

The gaming and chilling spot was great! They also have ice cream stall at the entrance lobby. And the HXC is in the same building, plenty of restaurants and food stall to choose. ATM and Indomaret are available too. The suite room was very comfortable, nicely decorated and everything works fine. What I love the most is refillable water jug!

I have nothing to dislike

As an budget hotel, the facilities were exceeded my expectation!!! It's like a higher star hotel!!! Every corner is "instagrammable" as expected. They put art on every corner. Such an delightful eyes to see. In addition, I had room with a great city view, especially the night 🤩. The staffs were really kind and full of smiles. They kindly provided muslim pray clothes to the room, surprised me with a bundle of delicious cake, and assisted my son to use the xbox game. Such a complete facilities in the hotel, this was my first time stay at the hotel that provide a gaming zone 👏. The menus on breakfast were also complete, indonesian food, western, even asian food such as kebab, dimsum, fuyung hai, etc. This hotel also provide a pool for adult and children that comfort enough to swim at morning and even the night. This review is honest from my heart as I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. This would be an unforgettable memory of mine. Thank you!

The wifi was a bit weak but not too bad. Wifi in Indonesian hotels seemed to be a bit of a universal problem in my travels through Java and Bali. The buffet dinner (only offered if there are enough guests!) was relatively expensive by Indonesian standards and variable in quality. Mostly good but one night the offerings were definitely below par compared with the other nights I was there.

The room was very comfortable and quite spacious, with great views (from the 26th floor - see attached picture). The staff were very helpful and had good English. The style of the hotel is quite trendy and attracts many young Indonesian people. The location, between the National Monument park and Kota Tua (the old city) was excellent. I used Grab (the SE Asian equivalent of Uber) to get around so transport was not a problem. The breakfasts were great, with a wide variety of Indonesian and Western food. The entrance is in an odd little U-shaped lane off the main road, behind the more upmarket Vertu hotel. There are three ATM machines in the shopping arcade next door to the hotel entrance. Excellent value for money.

For a 2 night stay the location was not optimal. I would’ve been better off staying in Central or South Jakarta. Also being in a nonsmoking room very far away from smoking rooms.
