This is my 2nd time saying the pillows on the bed are like bricks that is all I would change personally.

Beds were noisy and Squeaked something awful when you moved. Room was very hot with 2 adults and 2 kids in. The soap dispenser over the sink leaked after use, leaving a puddle of hand soap on the basin that kept growing! We put some toilet paper on the sink to absorb it. The Soap dispenser in the shower was loose on the wall.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy. A single Kettle and 4 cups with tea and coffee were available. A small bathroom with Toilet, Sink and Shower were en suite. Free Netflix, Disney and Prime were on the tele, so the kids were happy. Also, having a small family, it allowed us to have family movie in the evening.

The beds were not very comfortable as one even had broken springs creating a dent in the bed. Sofa bed was not very good at all. The pillows were hard and hard to sleep on.

The modern style of the apartments, the garden and its balcony/veranda. The location was great as it was near shops to buy food and essentials if needed. Provided kitchen equipment for self catering. Staff were very kind.

Only two little problems. The kettle was rather small for two people and took a while to boil. The cups in the cupboard were also small and we had to go and buy two mugs for our tea and coffee. It would have been nice to have a toaster to use at breakfast.

We had the two bed Bungalow though it was more like a log cabin. There was a lovely view of the river and the walk in shower was excellent. There were fresh towels and a cleaner came in everyday to sweep round. There was plenty to see and do in this area.

spent 1 night here after long drive from highland and before return car to Glasgow the next morning. we have a good rest here. comfort bed, clean room and bathroom, grocery nearby. although no shared kitchen but microwave and oven are available.

A little bit cold in the bungalow, the main radiators didn't work but the small plug in radiator came to our rescue.

There was no soap in dispenser in bathroom. One of the mattresses of the beds was extremely soft. The room was quite warm even though the radiators weren't the obvious source.

The property was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly. Ample car parking and very convenient to motorway. Lovely riverside view from apartment.

The bed was very small and not comfortable for 2 adults due to its size. I feel like a hotplate is missing to make the place truly "self-catering". I would've liked to be able to cook simple meals but with only a microwave oven it was not convenient.

We were in a bungalow so we loved the peace and quiet and the view on the river. The temperature inside was very comfortable and we could adjust it for our needs. We used this place as a base to visit County Clare and it was a perfect location for that.

The square cups ( you can’t drink out of them without pouring some coffee your front. Also we couldn’t turn on the light in the kitchen area because the wardrobe was covering the switch
