No complaints, the cost was a little pricey for me but willing to pay for what I needed at the time.

Ohla at reception was very friendly. The hotel was very nice. Rooms were large and well kept. Location near the train station was great for my needs. Breakfast was also great. Would recommend this hotel.

Had to move rooms when we found there was no water coming out of the hot bath tap - then the room we moved to had virtually no water coming out of the bath cold tap.... better scenario but I think the hotel plumbing needs some attention. One member of staff in the Iveagh Bar lectured me like a school child when I pointed out that the hotel had linked the menu from the Chesterfields restaurant to the Iveagh Bar on the website. I would have thought 'thanks we'll look into it' would have been more appropriate', rather than a lecture on how to use a website and which days the Chesterfields restaurant was open.

Really nice rooms, most staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just brilliant and the lady on the breakfast reception was just wonderful. The location of the hotel really suited us as we were outside the city centre, so a bit quieter, but only five minutes walk away from the tram stop to get into the centre. Food in the restaurant was very good with VERY generous portions and well prepared.

The only downside was the trams which run along the front of the hotel, they are very noisy if your room is on the front.

Hotel well located right next to the bus station only about 20 mins ride to the airport! Hotel is lovely breakfast very good and staff lovely. Rooms are very nice and comfortable.

When we arrived to the hotel for the check-in, we were asked if we would like our room to be cleaned during our stay, and we said yes. However, it wasn’t serviced during all our stay there. It didn’t happen during our first day there as we thought that we had left the room quite late, but we left very early during our 2nd morning, and it wasn’t serviced. We reported that to reception and asked if the room could be serviced and also some utilities that needed to be replenished (i.e., toilet paper, hand soap…). Only these things were provided in a plastic bag when we arrived during the evening, but the room was not serviced. A shame because we believed that this service was going to be better for this hotel.

It was very close to the Heuston station for buses to the airport, tram and walking distance to the Guinness store. Price was reasonable and the facilities were good and modern. The staff at the restaurant was very friendly.

When I went to desk to book in girl at the desk was like a ray of sunshine...very wecoming, friendly, helpful and full of good cheer. The decor in the lobby was very calming and welcoming also. Food was very good and service in the bar/ restaurant was very quick and professional.

we stayed for two night recently to visit dublin zoo .it was 10 mins walk to it which was brilliant and also got see the lovely views of the gardens along the way .also having the luas on there doorstep for trips into the city .also a big shout out to the breakfast ladies who were so accommodating ,they were very chatty and smiles all round .

Everything was great - nothing negative.

We had chosen the hotel because of its proximity to public transport links. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the cooked options were well produced.
