The bathroom did not match the high standard of the room. Shower was impractical and outdated.

Very nice and helpful staff. Tidy and comfortable room with nice selection of complimentary beverages.

We had dinner at 28. My daughter has allergies, gluten,dairy and seed. She had a steak and vegetables, got really ill! Once order taken no one came near us until it was time to pay.

We left early (6am) to catch our flight. Having a basic early breakfast option (not sandwiches - as advised) would be good. Maybe even a takeaway style breakfast that could be eaten on way to airport.

The driver of the courtesy bus, Steven, was a great first impression of the hotel. Staff on front desk were also pleasant - albeit with minimal interaction with them. We unfortunately arrived late (10pm) so didn't get a chance to experience what the hotel had to offer. Great to have a double and single bed for family (other hotels looking to make us book 2 rooms). Location is about 5 minutes from airport which is very handy.

Breakfast ordered to hotel room Woken up with a phone call to tell us the price of our breakfast before delivery which I thought was scandalous, price for 2 42 euros Breakfast arrived not as we ordered and freezing, pudding and rashers like rubber and cold, wrong cereal ,pot of tea with no cups and 2 portions of cold toast 1 lot toasted and the other 1 hard white bread We also sent a message to the hotel trough messenger while we were still in the Hotel and nobody bothered responding we thought we would have a word while checking out but there was 30 to 40 people checking in so we could not get anyone's attention so we left about annoyed to say the least

Great hotel near the airport. Shuttle service was great and on time. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you with any questions. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

The staff all seemed to be new employees with little training. The hallway and our room had a strong odor that smelled like carpet adhesive .

In a room with double bed and single, booked for two people, complimentary small bottle of wine seems to be for a single person with one glass when there is clearly more than one person in the room, equally, one robe, this has happened numerous times when booking this room. While being a nice touch, the good is taken away from the gesture by having to share using a glass from the bathroom and deciding who gets to wear the robe .

Room was quite cold. It sounded like the window was open but it wasn’t. The room had portable electric heaters which did help a bit.
