Room was nice, although it was not done at check in time. I understand because it was probably the busiest day of the year-Mar 17. The staff was friendly, especially at the bar.

hair dryer did't work properly after a couple of minutes. Breakfast was ok but food wasn't hot and could't find any bowls for cerals.

Aircon didn't work, so window was left open for air, hence noise from street. Room opposite to lift so a little noisy from time to time with people coming and going..

Worried about putting things in the mini bar fridge in case of accidental charge.

Location was great, was able to walk to Marina Market in the morning. Room was exceptional, size was huge. Car Park connected to the hotel. Lovely Staff.

Was only like 3 channels on the TV. There was hidden charges with the pool having to pay for a towel and locker, would definitely go back but would leave valuables in room and bring my own towels

The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and the pool was brilliant for the kids.

The rooms sink was often clogged. You had to wear a swim cap at the pool…

Unfortunately I moved a single bed to keep our little boy from rolling out of the bed and it was very dirt underneath. Otherwise no problems at all.

Pool was fabulous, Showers were great both in the room and in the leisure Centre. They went out of their way to accommodate us with our little boy.

Credit card not requested at check-in which meant I couldn't charge anything to my room without making another trip to reception to correct this.

minor thing was using the remote on the tv. i had to be standing next to it for the remote to work and also had to point it in various direction for volume and channel changing.

easily situated in the city centre and in a quiet area. great breakfast options and helpful staff. handy self check-in is optional if required plenty of facilities.

Service was rather slow in the restaurant for the evening food, didn't seem a lot of staff. However the food was good when it arrived.

We paid for breakfast but there was a very good choice with a lovely little coffee and pastry area if not wanting a big breakfast. Room was very nice great view and a balcony. Nice bar area, and lots of seated areas.
