We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The wait was long in the main dining area, and the offerings at the "Italian" restaurant were not what we were looking for. We ended up buying two hot sandwiches from the small walk-up across from the front desk. The sandwiches were O.K, but nothing remarkable or special.

This was the third Clayton Hotel we have stayed in and all have been excellent for comfort, food (breakfast), facilities and the staff very helpful, even when we turned up around midnight, freezing cold and dripping wet.

IrelandI wouldn't consider this a budget hotel, therefore I expected to be provided with some basic items, like a plastic shower cap or a laundry bag. Although this may seem trivial, to a person who is travelling for business, it is something that makes getting ready, out the door and to the airport on time that less of a hassle. Breakfast begins too late. There should be some breakfast items or options available to persons with early departures, especially given the airport location where the vast majority of clients will have flights to catch and would appreciate something to eat - even a continental breakfast from 5:00 am at the latest - 4:00 would be even better.
The check in and check out process is efficient. The courtesy bus driver was friendly and helpful. The room was fine, although the decor and lighting were a little sombre. What matters most is that the beds are comfortable and conducive to a good night's rest.

Had a 9.30am appointment at Beaumont Hospital which took us 13 minutes by car to reach in morning, with heavy traffic, so great location for my purpose. Very comfortable beds, slept sound. Would stay again no problem.
