Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandWe paid for a deluxe room but the shower/ bath mixer had no cold water,so we had to wash in the sink or be scolded,as I am slightly disabled. I reported it to the reception as we were going out . Subsequently the next morning, we had another sink wash, as obviously we couldn't take the chance of getting scolded again,when we were checking out,the reception informed us that they had it fixed when we were out,but never told us. I asked for a refund on our room because of this and the duty manager offered me a 50 euro refund,which I'm still waiting for. Also, I have a blue badge disabled sticker on my car and for convenience I parked in one of the two disabled parking bays in front of reception. On arriving back on Saturday evening,there were two cars without disabled parking permits parked there ,so I parked just in front as I was only stopping to pick up some rain gear. The receptionist came out from her desk and in front of all the people sitting in the lobby, asked me not to park there as there was a bus due in,and could I park on the 2nd storey of their carpark which was free for guests. I had no problem with this request as such, as I was illegally parking in the bus parking bay ,except in the manner it was fine and also that the cars illegally parked in the disabled bay weren't moved, warned with notes on their windshield or clamped. Bar is very boring. It didn't spoil a great weekend in Castlebar or Mayo

From the time of my arrival to the time of my departure the staff were excellent. I had both breakfast and diner and the quality of the food and service was brilliant.

IrelandThere wasn't a pub / bar as such, there was just a restaurant which was booked out on the night we arrived, so I would recommend booking in advance if you want to eat there. But there is no where really to sit down and have a drink or have bar food.
The hotel is very close to the center. Rooms were modern and comfortables. Staff were lovely and breakfast was very good. We went to a show in the TF Royal, Castlebar Events Theatre and it was a two minute walk to it from the hotel which was great. There was also a carpark which was great.
