Very comfortable houses finished to a high standard. If your looking for spacious this has it, grounds are fabulous , we ordered takeaway dinner from the onsite restaurant food was excellent and well priced.

The property was sparsely furnished, wall lights were removed with just wires remaining hanging from the wall. Whilst the rooms were clean, the oven was filthy, full of grease and hadn't been cleaned in months. The small outside space was full of tall weeds. The doors to this outside space had gaps, and you could see daylight through them. I expect this would be cold if staying during winter months. One issue we did find was on checkout. On a Sunday, the only way to drop off keys is in the Leisure centre, but they didn't open until 9am, so you couldn't leave before that.

It was gone midnight when we arrived at the property due to a delayed flight, however two ladies remained on site waiting to hand the keys over to us. They were very friendly, polite and helpful. The cottage we stayed in had large rooms and were generally clean. The beds were comfortable and linen clean. Showers were good and powerful.

House was great for a family stay beds are very comfortable but they need a thorough deep clean in every nook and cranny. There were spiders and cobwebs everywhere and the smell was awful like sewerage or damp problems. It was like the house we were staying in had been lying idle for a while. Shame because the houses are really lovely but really need a deep clean and could do with freshening up.

Food and Service excellent in the Deansgrove Restaurant. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The heating had instructions but they did not tell you how to turn the heating on & off, Dean kindly turned the heating on for us but we couldn’t turn it off! The television wouldn’t stay on. These did not take away from the fab time we had and we will definitely return!

The kitchen is not properly stocked, we had no drinking glasses, only wine glasses. The oven didn’t work and the rings on the hob were not fully working either. There was no grill tray. In the bedrooms, the place is wired for lamps but it’s unfinished - we stayed last year and it was the same situation. One pillow per person wasn’t great either. The wifi was so poor in the house we were staying in that it was basically non existent. The travel cot provided was TINY - it was too small for the two year old we had. I think in general the houses could be greatly improved by some small inexpensive changes/additions The bar on the Saturday night showed an appalling disregard for Covid guidelines with customers approaching the bar with no masks and not social distancing. Members of our party were also mocked by other customers for wearing masks when going to the bathroom/bar.

It was a family event and it was great having a few houses together so we could mix etc. The staff were very pleasant and helpful

No information about where to check in since the reception is closed. Front door had seen much better days and didn't give us a sense of security. Back door was only slightly better. Could not get hot water to the upstairs showers. Shower leaked into the kitchen through the light fitting. House could have been cleaned better, I didn't want or need the opened cigarettes left in the kitchen drawer. Some staff in the Clubhouse rude and curt. No cot, as requested. The details they had on my information page was all incorrect apart from my name. No GDPR here! Poor communication.

Food was delicious, even though there are no options for breakfast. House was comfortable. Lovely scenery, ample parking. Phone signal is terrible so thank goodness for the free WiFi!

At no stage during the booking process were we informed that the leisure centre was not open..And it looked as if it hadn't been for a while and not anytime in the near future.

A group of friends, booked 2 houses. Everything was fantastic. All ensuite rooms. Were allowed check out late. Couldn't do enough for us. Ate in restaurant, just fab.
