We didn't like the first room we got as our waterfront view was blocked by the flat roof but the reservation team got the room swapped and it was very nice.

When booking for myself, husband and two children i assumed we’d get a room That would facilitate the four of us we got a double bed and a single bed so three of us were in double bed - probably my fault when booking

The noise from gym was unacceptable The shower gel in pool not very nice.

Breakfast I’m gluten free and would like more choice. Room was nice, love bathroom. The dinner food isn’t wow, it’s ok, other people I spoke with said the same. And it could be served past 8.45, was earliest hotel ever. Also no entertainment on thur but had it on wed very odd. And I asked for quiet room however the noise from the gym is like being at a rave, it started at 7am on Fri morning was unbelievable loud and the bass was like an earthquake. They were also delivering from 6am so the banging of doors etc was u real

The only downside was , the lift was out of service and my husband has mobility issues. However our room was nearest to Reception, so that helped .

The location is perfect with beautiful views from the room, restaurant, and swimming pool area. The staff were so friendly and helpful on arrival and all through our stay. Clean, nice, and warm bedroom with tea/coffee making ability. Towels and bedsheets changed each day, which was a lovely gesture. Perfect swimming pool and gym facilities. Fantastic breakfast. A lovely breakaway stay and will certainly return in the near future.

The only issue was a locked door between the room I stayed in and the next room, which allowed sound to travel easily.

The breakfast was excellent, beautiful fresh food and local produce, a great variety of food, everything was extremely fresh and very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and professional, I highly recommend it.

Transport link's, waited for almost an hour for a taxi from Wexford town on Sunday night. Maybe a shuttle bus would be handy

The hotel is were we got married, and enjoy returning now and again. The staff was wonderful, throughout the hotel. We had dinner in Reeds, and the staff there were wonderful too. The breakfast was wonderful as usual. Very good quality for a cooked buffet, with a fantastic range of breakfast items.

That the lift was out of order and therefore room service was not an option (my husband is convalescing after an operation therefore lack of lift and room service was a little difficult. The hotel did relocate us to the ground floor however we still had to climb a flight to the hotel lobby.

Very accessible from all directions. Close proximity to Wexford town which was a lovely town to visit. The staff were polite and very accommodating at all times. When we were leaving a young employee offered to carry out luggage to the front desk as the lift is not in operation at the moment. The griffin group are lucky to have an employee such as that young man who thought proactively. I’m only sorry I didn’t get his name so that I could contact the hotel group owners directly and compliment him.
