Access to our particular apartment was awkward. The building has angles, so our entrance door was really only 45 degrees, so we had to slide through opening rather than walk. Suitcases barely made it. YOu say bring smaller cases, well we re from Australia, travelling for 4 weeks so we need bigger bags frankly.

Had trouble operating heat, fridge Bc they were unfamiliar. Need better instructions I think.

The seals must be gone on the sitting room windows we had to plug it up with kitchen roll the breeze coming in was freezing

The view was great just a pity there was so much condensation between the glass made it hard to see out

Hot water wasn't working, but was fixed.

The location, only a 30 minute walk from the city, was perfectly located right across the road from the bay. Good sized units with all that you need.

Thought for short stays only, kitchen stuff is minimal, cleaning one ridiculous. In my apartment there was a lot of noise due to the traffic lights just under the bedroom, making an annoying noise for pedestrian crossing. Windowpanes are old and do not provide acoustic insulation, that could be improved.

Excellent location with view on the bay. Very handy bus just outside the main door, straight to city center. Nice apartment, lot of devices and appliances. Shops and facilities very near and convenient.

Very noisy from road and hallway, windows had a lot of condensation and it was always cold. An extra 2-3 blankets would have been appreciated. Only one pot/frying pan.

Location, size, check in and out, comfortable beds. Washer/dryer combo. Parking. Convenient bus transportation to get into Glasgow.

We had problems with our key card working, which would have been a huge problem if we were there during off hours. The washing machine was a joke- it “worked” but went for HOURS (literally all night) and wouldn’t dry. Also know they will send you 800 e-mails even repeats up until your stay and don’t really respond to your issues unless you can call their number.

The apartment was very cute and perfect for us! I loved having a patio and kitchen/ living room set up. The main window to the water was a great view. The neighborhood is cute and the bus stop to town was right in front!

The hot water didn’t work well and the windows were in need of renewal. We could hear a lot of noise from outside.

The apartment was lovely, and the view was incredibly, beds were comfortable and it was a great size

A lot of small details. the fridge was incredbly smal and the lower shelf was missing so you didnt had a place for the milk. The taps were seperated hot and cold water. The dor of the ensuite was so dificult to close that I was always waking up everybody if i gone to toilet during the night. Shower box didn't had the dor that was replaced by a curtain. To many details that turn a good property in to something realy basic

The TV . I was unable to get it working. The heat ing system I could not work out to get it on.

When using the water there was a lot of noise from the water tank situated in the hallway. Also our apartment (18) was situated over traffic lights which beeped constantly from 6am😖. Maybe if we were at the other end of the building it would have been a lot quieter 😴

Strong curry odor left by previous tenants. Even using spray cleaner, the smell lasted for 2 days.

The location and the ocean front view. It has a full kitchen and the bedrooms are large. It also has a washing machine with drying. Can walk to town in about 30 mins.
