The beds were terrible, there was no channels on the TV except one, the saucer and spoon in our room was used as it stuck to the saucer, blow dryer didn't work, the rooms are very noisy. Finally, there was a tour bus that pulled in just as we sat down for breakfast. All the passengers came in for breakfast which meant we had to vacate quickly. Also, no elevator is a nuisance when a guest is older.

The staff were lovely and the fish and chips at the Cafe were fabulous. When we had issues with our stay, the young man on reception was extremely accommodating. We were above the bar but the party that was going on shut down by 9:30 p.m. which was appreciated

The noise early in the morning ,

Breakfast was gorgeous tea was great ,room was spotless,would definitely stay here again but the rear of the hotel very noisy at the front from around half five,lorry’s unloading beer and then came the bin lorry the noise was so bad the room needs triple glaze windows ,but over all lovely hotel

It's an older building, so you're going to climb stairs with your luggage.

Easy to find, with an awkward little parking lot out back, but they did have parking! The dining hall had an excellent dinner. The bar is ok, but no WiFi. It does have a nice big screen. Everyone was nice and polite. The breakfast area is too hot, while the lobby is nice and breezy. Nothing fancy in the rooms, but it's clean. Right on the main road through town. For drinks turn right out the lobby and go a few steps to P EGAN bar. Great folks.

The bed wasnt very comfortable The breakfast selection was poor There were alot of flys around when we were eating our dinner Our room was situated in the rear of the hotel so it was very hard to sleep with the noise from the pub a few doors away

It is set in a lovely little town with plenty of shops coffee shops and pubs. The staff were very helpful and friendly

Breakfast didnt start until 8.30am on the Sunday which was far too late as I had an early morning start

No access to the rooms via a lift. We had a buggy and extra baby equipment which we had to leave in the car. A lot of steps in the hotel. More ramps or a lift needed. It would have been great if there were more pillows in the room. Only had one each.

The breakfast was really good. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were nice and cool.
