You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The en suite bathroom had a shower curtain, which I personally find a bit icky but it did appear clean and I was otherwise quite happy with the room.
Friendly staff at check in. Nice lobby, fairly modern rooms.

Cleaning. Table top never cleaned. Tea/coffee hidden away. Not replenished. TV hopeless. V. few stations, with lots for kids. Not all visitors speak Gaelic.

I was told leave a $100:00 deposit Incase of room damage etc and then told someone will check the room on check out. When checking out the next morning, I had asked about someone checking my room so the money can deposited into my bank asap. Only to be told no, we will send someone to check out the room through the day and that it can take up to 5 days before it goes into your bank. I had explained what the receptionist had said the night proir. Only to find out I had been lied to. Plus it's been 6 days and no money placed in my account 🙃 disappointing 😑

My husband slipped in the bath even though he put the mat down, he got a fine bruise on his knee. The car park was so tight ,our car was scratched on our way up.....so we were not happy .
We liked the bedroom and the bed was comfortable.

I didn't like the having g to give 100 deposit when checking in.. I paid for the room beforehand so shouldn't have to take 100 then not get it back until days after?

There was a locked adjoining room, and we made multiple noise complaints as they appeared to be having a party with music etc. until 2:30am

The room was cold. We turned on the radatior so that sorted that out. Maybe the people before us were too warm
Everything was as it said it was going to be. . Very convient location. Taxi was €20 into the city, which was arranged at the front desk. Room clean. Towels and bath mats provided.

No full cream milk at breakfast. Nice to have option of mugs for tea and coffee. Better wi-fi. Better choice on TV, more information on the remote guide would be better.
Good Size and good bathroom. Quite comfortable, clean and tidy. Quite side of the hotel, away from main road. Staff were very responsive to requests. Good idea to have vending machines on each floor.

Bath plug was clogged with dirt and hair. Water wouldn’t go down after shower. Not much toilet roll. The electric key card wouldn’t allow us back in after breakfast and we had to go to reception twice to activate it and after a big breakfast all we wanted to do was relax for an hour before check out. Deposit of 100€ was unfair, that was part of our spending money for the night. Traveller wedding in and we felt we were treated as part of their party.
