There was no residence bar, or even a room service for a late drink. Hotel was full, so couldn't change room. Reason below.

Not a lot, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Room very comfortable and breakfast was lovely and lots of choice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and they printed our return flight tickets, thank you! Only a 15 minute walk from the train station.

On arrival we were sent to room which wasn't clean went back down stairs to tell staff was given second room when we got to second room wasn't cleaned had to go back down stairs for 3rd room wasn't ready so we had to wait check in was at 3 we didn't arrival till 4 no lifts

the location is perfect, close to everything. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating ie: there was an issue with parking, as soon as the manager knew the issue in the car park he came out and sorted it. The hotel itself is quite old fashioned but very nice; ;maybe some updating/refurbishment. The rooms were quite spacious and clean. Breakfast was a bit miss mashed being a self service/canteen type of affair; missed the table service you normally would get. But very good value for money for the price it was, certainly can’t really complain.

The bedrooms are VERY dated and in need of upgrade. Rooms are stiflingly warm. Theres no lift.

The location is great. Breakfast was good. Staff are friendly. Downstairs decor is nice. Clean and comfortable overall.

It’s a bit of a ramble to get to the bedrooms but nothing else

I loved the fact that it was a typical friendly Irish hotel in the middle of town with good food, good bar & very helpful friendly staff

On our last night some teenagers had got themselves into the accommodation area and tried to kick my bedroom door in. I called reception and they sent a manager to deal with the situation but I had to go to reception to find out what happened an hour and a quarter later.

Very busy place and for a very good reason. The food is very good and plenty of room in the restaurant and bar and also the overflow in the breakfast room.

The car park was far too small and narrow and wasn't the easiest to find in a busy town

Car park can be a bit tight to use as it fills up very quick...i belive if your not staying in the hotel you shouldnt use it. As there was a large group having a meal...and a few of them had parked in the car park..taking up valuable spaces

Hotel is steeped in history with items and display cases going back a 1000 yrs . Staff were exceptional ..rooms very comfty Food was delious in the resturant There was a great band performing in the bar the night we stayed
