Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Pricy breakfast
Friendly staff, clean, modern, comfortable rooms. Stylish decor, the guest laundry was such a convenient inclusion. The best soundproofing I’ve ever seen! Not a hint of the busy road outside. Smart tv was a great feature.

Either the A/C was too complicated for me to work out or it didn't work properly - the room was quite cold, especially the bathroom.
Great location and friendly staff with nice, modern rooms. Very nice breakfast buffet with lots of different options.

Pillows need to be better, too flat, personal taste. Plumbing in shower seemed to be the wrong way around, when you turn to hot it was cold and vise versa, maybe I was doing something wrong. Duvet too warm, again personal taste. Parking not with hotel, but one very close, minute walk, only issue a little expensive and I don't think i got the hotel discount.
Receptionists are very friendly, helpful and professional. All bar and restaurant staff were lovely, very professional, friendly and fun, great service. Great location. Very comfortable, relaxing hotel. Had a Lovely meal in the restaurant and the breakfast next morning was excellent, loads of choice. Excellent stay. Would stay again.

Good have been a more organised layout. Did have to ask for items filling up. No mushrooms or tomatoes after 9.30.

Staff manners.. not feeling welcome by the staff. First time visit Dublin, but her way of her handling your question is like 😒..
Convenient to walk around to city Center and nice view from the hotel. Front is the river, windy and nice.

The hotel is in a good location, not far from the city centre, right next to the EPIC museum which is open early in the morning till late in the evening. The hotel is comfortable, clean, quiet. The hotel also has lovely views over the river Liffey.

Car park, disappointed I was charged for the car park after what had happened. Have been left out of pocket for something that was out of my hands

The rooms on the 5th floor was the best we could ask for got us a view of both the river and the city. The location is so walkable to the city center and the tram station too. The restaurant and bar have splendid team to get you the best service

not much sunshine. But Ireland is not known as the sunshine capital of the world.
The hotel is large, Breakfast was outstanding. Location was within easy walking distance of all main areas and is located along the river. Quiet at night. A fine place. Pricey but worth it.

I don't really have any complaints.
The hotel is always clean and comfortable. The staff are always polite and friendly. The hotel is close to the bus stop, which is handy for me.I would definitely recommend it to other people. The room was spacious and had everything a person needs.I hope to get a chance to come back again soon.

Breakfast not great. Eggs, bacon and tomatoes were really cold.which ruined the Irish breakfast.
