Fab location and lovely people

The breakfast was fairly basic. There was a full irish breakfast available, serve yourself and cereals etc, but was a little over cooked and greasy. It was just ok.

Very friendly staff, and a nice bar near reception. It was very near the port (its a small island but still it's close) and the rooms had plenty of space.

The breakfast was not good, cold and quite tasteless. The balcony doors don't lock so I didn't feel completely safe, while the room doors are difficult to open.

No pickup on arrival to quay. Evening dinner was a bar meal which was disappointing.

The ATM was not working and 3 businesses on Island only take cash. The lift was not working either. Cashback facility not available at hotel.

Excellent food very central location. Luggage collected from pier. Very friendly staff. Room very clean.

The rooms were clean and cozy, the staff friendly and the food was quite frankly the best I've had in Ireland in my 5 years of being here. Long story short, it's worth the visit. The views around the hotel are a sight to behold as well.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. It’s lovely. We had a family room which was very spacious. We didn’t eat here - I’m not crazy on buffet breakfasts.

Thank to Chloe, Steven and all the staff for a great time. We had two family dinners of over 20 people on two evenings when there - and the food and service was superb. Look forward to going back again. Great views from out front bedrooms.

The price - 345€ for a two night stay - very expensive. There was also a generator buzzing outside the back of our room which was very noisy. C

Noisy seagulls squeaking over left out food waste sacks at 6 am. Sorted out by very helpful manager.

The balcony is shared with a room nextdoor, and it’s quite a small balcony, so it felt a bit weird that someone could be on the balcony by our glass door when we were in our room. That’s honestly the only thing we didn’t love about the property.

The view was incredible, and the common room is a wonderful place to spend time overlooking the bay. Our room was very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and our balcony was very nice. The staff were exceptional! Breakfast is hot, served buffet style, and the coffee is good.

The house is bigger and has more rooms than I expected. The furniture in our room was a little worn. Room badly sound-proofed, I could hear people in the hall. Many of the rooms don't face the sea, we didn't have a nice view at all. In our room one could hear a constant noise from a generator or some ventilation system. At breakfast the bowls for cereal appeared clean at first glance but when touching the inside they were dirty (like residue from dried yoghurt or something).

Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Transport from and to the pier. Nice and clean bathroom. Good breakfast, although the fruit was fizzy (but that might be due to transport/storage on dry ice)

Staff are very nice and friendly. Food is OK. I was surprised Island and hotel seemed so quiet for June, No music or entertainment in any venue on Monday or Tuesday night.
