Fantastic, second visit this year to the River Lee. It's not just the decor of the River Club, but the employees. It wouldn't be fair not to mention them, especially Titas and Catarina. And a special thank you to the Spanish waitress from the Canaries who went above and beyond on my birthday. Thank you to you all.

There is a reason why I always stay here when visiting Cork. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, the beds are so comfortable and the the food and bar are superb.

The only thing and its very minor- toilet flush wasn’t great and the toilet roll holder kept falling off but such small things. The rest of the bathroom and room were great

Room was modern and elegant. Loved that we could stream Netflix from our iPad to the room TV. Spacious, clean bathroom. In room amenities excellent. Standard size room was larger than expected. Hotel is like a boutique hotel. Front desk staff incredibly attentive and helpful. Would stay here every time we are in Cork. Best hotel we stayed at while traveling in Ireland.

Breakfast avocado toast was a bit spicy and didn’t seem like avocado. Mygha titanium status didn’t apply since I booked on booking.com which was a bummer.

Beautiful….clean…smelled good everywhere. Staff was so helpful and kind. Lovely stay with my daughter.

Was put in a room above the gym so loud music was thumping on the first night and early morning. This was rectified after I alerted the staff, though I could still hear the odd banging sounds of equipment now and again but I suppose that can't be helped. A minor point: I usually place my toiletries out neatly in the bathroom, but the house keepers shifted them to one side during their cleaning and didn't put them back. I'd rather they leave them alone and not wipe the shelf they are on given I'm rather ocd about it but I let this pass.

Very clean and comfortable. High class establishment. Food and service was excellent. Breakfast was one of the best I've had. Service staff were very attentative and helpful. Room was good in spite of location.

This is not so much a dislike as a couple of constructive criticisms. Upon check in the front desk people told us NOTHING about amenities (bar, restaurant, terrace, pool, fitness center etc). This hotel offers so much!! It would have been nice to know. Also we were entitled to the executive lounge and they said nothing! We only found out because we were nosey. As far as the physical hotel, it could be greatly improved by replacing the carpets especially in the hallways. They were patched in places and needing to be patched in others.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to city center and UCC. The lobby is pretty and the bar and its terrace is great—and both so well decorated. Also the food at the bar was great (would lead me to believe the restaurant was as good). The bar manager, Camilla and servers, Guillermo and Rueben were fantastic. The beds and pillows are wonderful. The towels are fluffy. The rooms are very spacious and some have views of the river or green space behind the hotel. Only some look at the apartments next door-but you still see a slice of river. Lots of good hangout areas as well. The housekeeping staff was magnificent. Their turn down was 5 star worthy! Complete with a tea kettle and hot cocoa packets.

The public areas were lovely and modern, staff were very attentive and friendly. Location was a great bonus too, less than 10min walk into the city centre. Room was clean and housekeeping changed our towels and bedsheets for our 2nd night when we hung up the sign. We had lunch in the hotel and that was nice too.

The hotel is beautiful and inviting. The folks at the front desk were helpful and eager to make our stay enjoyable. We did not eat at the onsite restaurant as it seemed more upscale than we wanted but easily found options within walking distance. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

There was no handheld shower head in the shower and the room temperature was a bit lower than we would have preferred. The temperature could not be changed.

Its staff was very friendly and the location was very convenient. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very spacious.

I think it’s a bit not right play the game with the price for the weekend because the same room you can get for 170-190€ for another day. 324€ it’s too much for this hotel (breakfast wasn’t included) Our room was nice but breakfast wasn’t good enough (Don't order the shakshuka 😉. Never again). And the biggest problem in this hotel it’s a swimming pool. The shower in the public zone was broken. There was a strong smell of chlorine also. Kids 7 years old (boys) women's changing room. The girl at the swimming pool reception was just little lower is more than enough. (I understand it’s hard job maybe and she was tired but maybe no need to look for customers like they are annoying things). So, again: the hotel is good. But swimming pool zone needs to change. No for the 324€ per night, sorry. public bathhouse😉

Absolutely nothing. Loved it!

It’s a lovely modern hotel within easy walking distance to the city. Check in was so easy having been able to complete it online the night before. Maeve at check in was exceptionally friendly and professional, which added to the experience. Room was super spacious, and the beds so comfortable. Bath with separate shower was very convenient too. Highly recommended the hotel. Pool area very calm and welcoming too.
