You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SingaporeUnable to adjust the temp in the room so it got stuffy but we were pleasantly surprised by the fan in the closet, it served us well. Location wasn’t the most central but since we drove, it didn’t bother us too much.
While the hotel’s corridor and hallway felt dated, we were caught by surprise when we entered the room. Smelled newly refurbished and so modern, super spacious as well. Everything felt so clean, toilet and all. It was honestly one of our best stays for the two weeks road trip. Room was so new that the fridge wasn’t plugged in, but not an issue to us. Breakfast was great too.

Great hotel. Our room had been renovated recently. It was a bit far from the city center though.

Breakfast was exceptional, and staff couldn't have been more helpful. The Bistro has an excellent menu and is busy - book in advance to ensure a table. From start to finish this was a fabulous experience with a personal touch.

United KingdomI didn't want a full breakfast, so I asked for a bacon sandwich. We can't do that said the waitress. Can you do 3 rashers? Yes Can you do 2 slices of bread? Yes Ok I'll have that thankyou. 13 euros? So, I just didn't bother.
