I think the breakfast should be included in the price or even a discount would be good.

The staff were amazing. So helpful . I would give them 10 out of 10. Food was lovely especially the cocktails.

Be very aware of what you are booking. Booking.com didn't make it clear that the rooms we booked were offsite. It's guesthouse the hotel recently purchased to expand. It's a walk away next to a main road which in rainy weather with a Mum with lessened mobility is not good. The restaurant, bar and breakfast are all in the main building so we had to drive to and from. Not far, just not preferable. We were VERY lucky as the staff were lovely and we were able to upgrade to the main building for our 2nd night but in summer they get full so buyer beware.

Overall everything was great. The staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. The main hotel is lovely, vintage styling and very comfortable Breakfast is absolutely wonderful.

Someone was hoovering at 2am on my second night. My room was very close to the main reception area. Also the lift was next to my room so anytime someone used it it woke me up but obviously that couldn’t be helped.

We had a lovely time at Randles. It's very central and the hotel has a luxury feel. The best thing about the hotel - the staff! Everyone we met was incredibly nice and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. In particular, Billy and Vilai at the healthcentre were so fabulous. We even got some great recommendations for things to do in Killarney. Dinner in the hotel bar was also great.

Had been our first time staying at Randles from the moment we stepped inside the hotel the omnibus within the hotel was absolutely amazing just so so relaxing my husband has never relaxed in a hotel to this level, so thank you so much to the hotel & the amazing Team they have have booked again for July was we were there an exceptional experience guys🙏🙏🥰❤️❤️

Couldn’t read at night because of poor bedside lights. No power outlets next to beds. No facecloths in bathroom. Couldn’t control the heat in the room.

Room was very small and weird design and not very well made up each day. Male bar manager not that helpful. Drinks very expensive at bar. Very miserable portions in bar food and not good value. We also stayed in a twin room which was excellent and very well serviced

All the car spaces outside of hotel seemed to fill very quickly which I guess is good signbtoo.

I loved the ambiance and decor of the hotel. It was lovely and warm. It was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. I will definitely return to this hotel. It was very convenient to the town.
