The object was probably wonderful some 20 years ago. Right now it needs serious work and renowation. The basics are fine and some elements have been improved, but one can see how things are being "patched up". Furniture needs serious care. In someobody's comments I read an abosultely correct information about absolute lack of fire extinguishers - whis should be taken care of.

Absolutely wonderful host. Very warm welcome and treatment. Location quite good when connected with UCC. Large room and I was on the second floor, with nice look towards green.

It could do with a little freshen up and new, unused tablets of soap in the ensuite, but these are just really small things. Not all of the TV channels work.

Very close to CUH and UCC and within possible walking distance of restaurants and shop. It is also on a main bus route (208 from CUH). Owners are very friendly and accommodating. The room was cosy and warm and I was given a bottle of water when I arrived. I left before breakfast but it did smell really nice. Ensuite is a nice size. Shower is spacious and the water was nice and hot. They were fully booked but I didn't hear any noise from other guests. It was very quiet.

There was no power outlet next to the desk area. Breakfast choices a bit limited, but OK.

The Guesthouse is located right outside the UCC, which makes it very convenient for any business over there. The interior is simple, but comfortable, especially the bed, and the electric power shower was appreciated. The cooked breakfast is cooked fresh and the landlord is very hospitable and kind. It's less than 20 minutes walk to the town centre.

A few more hangers in the closet would be helpful! I personally appreciate having conditioner as well as shampoo.

The room was spacious with lots of light. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was substantial (including eggs to order) with lots of choice. The B&B is very close to University College Cork and has easy access to the downtown area. Reasonably priced. Michael was so kind and very helpful.

Stream flow in the the shower was not strong enough and some noise can be heard from other rooms in the morning but not big deal.

Everyone was nice and helpful and willing to help me for anything. When I said I was pregnant, they moved me to another room on first floor so I wouldn't have to climb too many stairs. They have been really lovely !

Mick and Maire were so helpful to me during my stay, I would recommend staying with them. Bed was very comfy, crisp sheets and pillows. Room was warm and quiet. Everything I was looking for, will definitely be booking with them again. I had some coffee and soda bread and fruit for brekkie but they also offer poached eggs or a full Irish.
