All was fine. The part of the hotel where we stayed is currently being refurbished and to be honest it needed that. TV set could be newer.

Nice swimming pool. Large room with three double beds.

Having a smart tv would have made things better. Traveling with kids and being able to connect Netflix or Disney would have been a good feature bringing things more in line with today's tech.

I thought the bar areas could have been improved. The one large bar area didn't seem to have a permanent member of staff on duty.

The room was fine. I had one evening meal. The food was good. I didn't make use of the breakfast facilities - I thought it was expensive.

Breakfast cost about 17.50 euro and wasn't great. I had a full breakfast. The poached eggs were undercooked and I couldn't eat them. The next time I stay at this hotel, I'll have breakfast somewhere else. Poor value for money

The room was quite small ad the toilet facilities very small. But I paid a very low rate for 1 night.

The shower was clogged with limescale so the water sprayed in odd directions and unevenly.

The food in the restaurant is incredible, morning or evening. The staff there were lovely and friendly, especially the chap in the band called 'Fíor'; he was so kind to our kids. The pool is clean, warm and child friendly. The hotel itself is huge so never felt too busy. The cocktails are lovely too!!

Hotel is a bit dated. I think it’s more 3 stars than 4

We were a family of 4 (2adults and 2 children under 3). They gave us a huge room called deluxe so we had plenty of space for all. Room was lovely, pool very good for the children and breakfast delicious

A hotel of two halves. The good sadly doesn’t make up for the scruffy corridors, stained carpets and repairs needed.

This is where 4 star can be very meaningless. It has the 4* facilities but the quality and standards seemed lacking in the rooms, corridors and around the building. The corridors are very scruffy and lots of repairs needed in many places. Room carpets were grim and the room felt very, very tired. Lumpy, hard pillows. Had to be careful that the screen didn’t fall out of the shower cubicle door and rearrange the seal before using. Tiles coming off the lower wall. Tea/coffee tray needed cleaning. The gym was dark, had ceiling tiles missing and gaffa tape securing the carpet. Lots of the machines were rusty but worked but definitely needed cleaning.

The social spaces are great. Nice atmosphere in reception once the bar is open and music is playing. Food in the Bistro is really good. The pool and sauna were good. Staff pleasant. Mattresses were comfortable. Lots of tea and coffee in the room and extra available near reception. Lovely gestures for the children -squash and sweets available.

I mistakenly didn’t included breakfast. I thought I had so when we went for it we were told we had to go t other restaurant. The menu was limited as expensive with no children’s options whatsoever! My daughter and I got porridge which was very watery so left behind and a slice of toast each - my husband got a fry and coffee. The total of €40. We were hungry an hour later. Very disappointed with the lack of choice, no kids options and the expense of what actually was available. We love to stay and it never disappoints but I feel this restaurant option is letting your fabulous family hotel down hugely

Love the friendliness of every single member of staff. My family love staying here

I had to move a bed slightly to fit travel cot. Under beds were not cleaned. Socks from previous guest and old wrappers. Furnishings were just a little old. Rips/ old cigarettes burns on display cushions and seats. Requested fridge was not working. Only discovered during night when taking out baby’s milk

Room wa lovely and warm. Not too warm tho and temp could be controlled
