The bar attached to the hotel was fun and lively, the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help us celebrate our anniversary with a beautiful card and a bottle of bubbly.

The parking. We got confused parking in an off lot parking garage and lugging our luggage around. During check out though we were allowed to pull up and unload.

Everything was perfect for walking location. The Staff was very friendly for recommendations. Hair dryers are in the room.

The staff was exremely courteous and helpful. Our breakfasts were perfect, getting us prepared for a day of adventure on the Island. We enjoyed several dinners at the hotel and much of the entertainment. The location was absolutely the best. I would love to return.

We stayed for two nights and it really was an outstanding experience. It's a very beautiful hotel with spacious, clean and comfortable rooms in a great location. Excellent staff from reception to cleaning staff to waitresses/waiters, all were very friendly and competent. The in-house pub is also worth a visit, stunning interior decor, live music and even really good food.

We stayed two nights and on the second night being that it was a Friday night the pub had gotten pretty rambunctious, which is to be expected. What startled my husband and I was the fire alarm going off sometime after one or 2 AM. We are early sleepers, and early risers so we may not be the perfect people to ask, probably in our younger years. The loud noise at night have been an issue. I knew going into this when I booked that there was a pub and that can get loud but I still booked it anyway so I’m really not complaining I knew what I was getting into. This hotel provides lots of earplugs. 👍🏽 but the fire alarm being triggered at one or two in the morning did startle us and I had to call downstairs to see if we needed to evacuate which we did not. It sounded like it’s a regular occurrence during times of celebration. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were amazing , so friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Location was excellent , only a short walk to the shops and bars. We'll definitely come back and stay here again 👌

The shower doors were a little moldy towards the bottom. We had one waiter that kept on forgetting about us but the other staff kind of stepped in and helped us.

The location was excellent! We only had an afternoon and one full day so it was great for what we wanted to do. The hotel had so much character! The staff were friendly and helpful. We already decided if we were to return to Galway we would definitely stay there again. The breakfasts were yummy and alot of food!
