Our bedroom light flickered on a off (the main light) and the lower shower unit wouldn’t stay up.

The staff are all very welcoming, lovely comfy big bed (we had the best nights sleep). Great location and good to be partnered with next door for drinks and food.

It can’t be helped but the only down fall was how loud it was this was to be expected as it is right in the middle of bars and restaurants.

Location was perfect, right in the centre

Nothing necessarily bothered us to be honest, the only thing was it was a little loud in the evening. We knew the area we were in though this was likely so it didn’t bother us.

The location was amazing and the staff were so friendly and accommodating.

That they said our room was ready on our arrival, but to get in early it would be 80 euro

The hotel is 7mins walk to Grafton st shops and great eating places are nearby

Rooms at the front are very very noisy until the music stops in the bar below around 2.30am could be improved by triple glazing however reception quickly found us a room at the back which was much quieter

The reception staff are excellent super friendly and efficient

    - Breakfast. We paid 20 euro each but the dishes were dirty and the staff forgot our coffee order 4 times. You will find many places around to eat for a better cost x benefit. We went for breakfast once and didn't go back there. - Keys did not work. We had to re-activate our keys every single day (sometimes more than once). All of them. There were apologies and excuses, some notes not to leave them close to our cellphone etc. one day we left the room, tried to come back immediately for one jacket and none of the 3 keys worked. - There are some constant noises in the room. It may be the AC system or something else, but it can be annoying for light sleepers.

    - The location is great for people who will be able to ignore the streets loud noises. It was perfect for us, as we wanted to.walk from/to most places we were visiting. - complimentary water bottles were a nice touch! - the staff was friendly and helpful. - nice and comfortable room.

The fire alarm went off on our second night. We called reception to ensure this was real and they assured us it was a false alarm however the alarm continued going off for around an hour on and off. There were also some dirt in areas of the bathroom which wasn’t very nice to see.

The staff were lovely. One girl in particular was very helpful when it came to getting us a taxi on more than one occasion when there were none available. It is very close the centre so in a great location and noise did not bother us.
