12 euro for breakfast was a bit much seeing as i was staying for 3 nights one breakfast included would have been nice as i stayed for 3 nights and in March and in December so i have spent a good bit of money with you so far

room was lovely and very near to the dental hospital where i am doing a course

We waited 1 hrs and a half on our room which was disappointing as we had a show booked but the hotel staff were lovely and upgraded us to a suite and gave us free breakfast for 2 mornings and 2 free drinks. The next morning we had to swap rooms again because the warm water wasn't working in the suite which was a bit of a hassle but the new 4th floor room was lovely and modern and the girl caitlyn gave us free lunch and another drink which helped with the inconvenience.

Female bar staff so rude to lounge staff felt sorry for them working with her . I can only imagine they don't stay too long in that work environment .

The noise from Outside traffic . The windows need to be much more soundproofed. From 5am I could hear the constant flow of traffic buses etc.

Beautiful interior . Extremely clean and very helpful and friendly staff. Great location for access to city and Luas right nearby .

No hot water for a shower! We constantly had problems with freezing water which on a cold April day wasn’t great! Reception just told us they knew it was a problem but didn’t state why or if it was going to get sorted! We also had problems with the room key which even the reception staff couldn’t open the door unless they aggressively yanked the key in and out the lock. They thought it was a problem with the mechanism inside the door that didn’t get sorted whilst we stayed there - we just had to muster up the energy to attack the door each time we wanted to get in the room, we got plenty of steps in going down to reception frequently though! 🤣

Location was great! Concierge’s we’re amazingly helpful and friendly!

Shower wasn’t great. Bad pressure and it was leaking all over the floor as it was an over bath one. The seal on the windowed door was letting water over flow

Key card system in lifts was abit temperamental at times

Shower head was broken, bathroom felt a bit outdated in general. Doors to the rooms would often slam shut, creating a lot of noise during the late hours.

Breakfast wasn’t very vegan/dairy-free friendly as virtually everything was made with butter but that’s what we expected in Ireland!

The staff was exceptionally nice and the room very comfortable. Even though are room was facing the street, there was very minimal noise which was fantastic!

There was massive construction that was happening right outside our window and we weren't told this. It was incredibly loud and work started early and there was no view because of this.

The room was spacious, housekeeping did a great job every single day, the location to things was easy and walkable and the staff was helpful and courteous.
