No water in the room Mattress was so uncomfortable (room 212) Piano in communal lobby area upstairs yet at 20.45 pm when an accomplished pianist in our group was going to play it for us ,we were informed by the receptionist that she couldn't hear the phone...why haven't there then??

Too warm. Pumping heating in the room made for an unpleasant night's sleep. Hotel itself is a bit dated . TV didn't work ( batteries in remote maybe?) Toilet was millimetres from a towel heating radiator making sitting almost impossible . Ladies beware

The receptionist was very pleasant and managed to find me a room with a sea view.

Food was ok in the evening although chips seemed to be frozen & not made. Breakfast- not inlcuded & ervice was hectic- only a coupel of staff, we were served fine but shortly after the couple fo staff were swamped with orders.

Nice friendly staff at check-in. Room was clean & a good size. Nice bathroom with an excellent shower & good batntub. Restaurant was nce...with again excellent froendly, attentive staff. Breakfast - food was good.

Breakfast area was understaffed which caused a long delay for breakfast. Breakfast itself was overpriced and not very good.

I think the room needed to be upgraded and checked for H&S as I slipped in the bath but I didn't report it. There was no hand railing to hold on the wall when trying to get into the bath to shower. The shower frame had no rubber stopper on the end and water leaked down side of Bath and onto floor. Even with all above I'd still come back and stay.

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was excellent. Bar Food was delicious. Constant hot water when required to wash hands. Some hotels only have lukewarm water.

The heat was too much in the room redeater too close to the toilet nearly git burnt .I had to turn off all rads one of them would not go off left the window open all the time plains flying low over hotel going in to land .otherwise we had a great time little twigs would solve this will definitely go back .

Mattresses need to be replaced they are old and lumpy. Good for back ache!! Bathroom could do with upgrading.

Location is excellent. Room nicely cleaned daily with fresh towels.

On arrival we checked in was told our room was ready. Room was at front of hotel on first floor, we were not happy with room it did not look like any of the rooms on hotel website !!! Bathroom was terrible I went to reception and asked if there were any other rooms available as we were not prepared to stay in that room. We were then shown another room on same floor, and two lovely rooms on ground floor needless to say we were very happy with ground floor room.. couldn’t understand why we were given first room when these lovely rooms were available

Car park full of potholes. Very dated room. Our bathroom stunk of urine and the room was dusty and the curtain clips disintegrated and the curtain fell off. The receptionist apologised and organised a bathroom clean whilst we were out after I phoned to complain as we couldn’t get used to the smell.

Lovely location. Friendly staff. Very tasty soup for lunch.
