To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IsraelThere was quite a long walk to our room, which is tough because my husband is elderly, but we were fine! The cost was quite high but we stayed during a holiday.
The Notre Dame Center is so incredibly historic and is really a top-notch, five-star experience. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends. A bit expensive but very peaceful and the location is out of this world.

United States of AmericaI had a rental car, I wish I have been told there's an option to get a discount for the parking in Azrieli center. I found out about it only when I checked out after 6 nights.
This 3rd or 4th time within this hotel and I always enjoy coming back to it. The breakfast is amazing, the staff is very welcoming and wants to help, and the overall facility is great.
