Room a bit noisy and missing some noise canceling - hearing water pipes from other floor (it needs improvement)

The shampoos and body wash and stuff like that were more basic than I would have expected. The pillows were rubber covered with a pillow case which was kind of strange but the hotel changed them upon request for more comfortable pillows.

The manager at reception was extremely helpful. Recommended a great place for something my wife needed. Also, we requested a slightly later check out at 1PM which was accomodated. The beds did not have feather pillows so we asked for them and they were brought up right away. Very friendly and responsive stafff.

When we checked in they didn't give us any info about the hotel including breakfast time. As a result we were late for breakfast for the first 2 days so we didn't have time to enjoy it. The food selection and presentation at breakfast was very dissapointing! Also, the uniforms (jeans and sweatshirts!) and service in the dining room for breakfast was definitely not up to the standards of a high class hotel.

Loved the view. Loved the pool. Loved the size of the room. Really loved the bathroom!

The breakfast may be a bit more like queen of sheba hotel

The staff was so nice to us, they made us a good deal for an upgrade and we got a beautiful room for much cheaper from the price. It's really a nice hotel and a good location on the beachfront. It's really worth the money and we had good time. Thank you very much dan hotel!!!!!!

The only thing I was disappointed of was the fact that I couldn't extend the my vacation there.

I got an upgrade to deluxe rooms without even requesting for. Everything was just amazing, the size of the room, the view, the facilities inside and outside the room. Great location, Great facilities, I feel like I haven't discovered a quarter of what the hotel has to offer.

Everything! The guy at the reception was very nice and kind. We came late at night, and he helped us to make a reservation at the website. The room was very clean with a view to the sea! The food was very tasty and healthy. We had a great vacation, and we absolutely will come again :)

No parking on arrival and had to walk a great distance from a very dusty sandlot parking spot. I have a bad back and the attendant-valet on arrival was curt and actually almost downright obnoxious. Some of the other staff were also clueless sometimes- for instance as to the site of the hotel’s restaurant!

Definitely five star hotel with a great site right on the north beach of the city Eilat. The room was fantastic and had a wonderful view of the bay… Nothing but praise to say of the room or the other facilities of this great Hotel Chain in Israel.

There was no parking space and we were offered to park the car two blocks from the hotel. There was a long wait for the elevator at rush hour
