Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United Arab EmiratesIt wasn’t easy to find the way to the hotels entrance and there was no sign to follow. The water wasn’t provided in the room but then it was fixed fast. The facilities are old and require some renovation to my opinion
Excellent food variety! Lovely staff friendly and welcoming. Nice specious room but a bit old

United States of AmericaThe property, in general, could use an update, but if you "turn the other cheek," a pleasant stay is possible. Our ac turned off during one night, which was promptly repaired, a wretched odor permeated from our shower and sink drain, which was promptly attended, and there are cracks and broken tiles in the room that are unsightly and annoying.
The location is ideal for visiting The Dead Sea. One shuttle bus (with ac and blackout curtains) provided complimentary that runs limited hours daily. Some evening hours are not offered, which would have been appreciated. Generous breakfast and dinner buffets offer a nice variety of dishes, breads, salads, sauces, cheese, vegetables, and an iced pitcher of water on each table. The staff attends to their section with a smile. We received a half bottle of wine (with cork screw!), Dead Sea mud, along with full sized products from the management. Firm mattress and an abundance of pillows, as many towels needed & in-room personal products are available. 24/7 Front Desk coverage and security contributes to the safe and clean environment. Complimentary juices, chips & cookies and ice cream are offered in the lobby on certain days. The staff work hard to assist the guest. David at the Front Desk excels in customer support. Anat, the Mother Hen to all the guests, offers loving attention when needed.

Czech RepublicIt took us a while to look around. We got a beautiful room with a balcony and a sea view. Overall, I rate the stay in this hotel very positively. The only things they could change are the opening times of the pool and spa, including transport to and from the beach. I think they closed too early.

GermanySome of the furniture is a little bit dated and could be swapped. The procedures at reception can be a little bit slow at times.
The decor of the rooms is sober, yet comforting. Great cosmetics. All the staff are very kind. Both dinner and breakfast offer a wide set of choices, all very tasty. Sea views are terrific, sunrise a dream. I didn’t use the pool area nor the spa, but seem to provide appropriate service too. very frequent shuttle to the beach saves a 10-minute walk.

Pissed$&@/!$ O the spa is open to 18:30. We called but this before hand. Even on their paper handout it said 18:30. Sloppy. Hotel needs a re-model. IsraelThe room is poorly "accessorized" in that there could be drawers and the bathroom has nowhere to conveniently hang a towel properly or to lay clothes while showering. The doorman at the entrance of the hotel was very unhelpful when we arrived. He was too busy playing with his phone, and resented having to assist with taking our suitcases into the lobby.
Dinner and breakfast were well catered Room size is fine

IsraelWhen music was playing it was very loud. Breakfast buffet areas became dirty and were not being cleaned, dishes/mugs were not replaced for a long time while people waited to serve themselves. Also, the staff would clear your plates that you were still eating from or stand behind you waiting for you to finish your last bites so they could clear your plates. The room was decently clean but it was obvious where the staff skipped corners.
Location of hotel was good. Pool was comfortable space to sit at and relax. Provided nice family activities.

LithuaniaWifi was not very good. Rooms and hotel are a little out dated, more over rooms can be cleaned a little bit better. Strange smell in free SPA area. Electricity problems in room during our stay. Sound isollation in the rooms can be better.
We been here during Shabbat so Fridays dinner and Saturdays breakfast were incedbile - a big variety of all kind of food. During Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast it was not so much, but really enough. Staff very friendly and helpful, they even manage us a green travel card - so it realy helped us duuring over visitation. It is nice that they have a free transfer to and back from the beach. Wine and chocolate in the room was a very nice welcome. They have luggage storage, were we could left our bags before check in started and after we checked out. Printed information with all nescessary things to know during stay at the hotel. The Dead sea view room was adorable!
