There was road reconstruction under the windows and they started to work early in the morning. But it looks that it should be finished very soon.

Location is very nice, - close to the sea, not far from few nice restaurants and bars. Appartments are clean and includes everything you need. The staff is very friendly and help to solve all your questions even on Saturday.

Reception area is outdated, and the pool is really small. I was not informed at arrival that I need to switch on the water heater (swhitch is located far from the bathroom and I discvered it accidentaly at day 3 😆 ) so first 3 days I did not have warm water for shower

The unit is spacious, well equiped and located perfectly (3 min from the beach and 10 from shops). Kitchen area is fairly equiped: Good for vacation, but also for work, even family of 3-4 can use it easily.

We had a really pleasant stay here in mid September. The pool was quiet and the location - minutes from the beach, a short walk from the marina/shopping mall and bus stops nearby - was excellent. Communication was good with the host. The flat was clean, modern and spacious

The apartment decor was a little 'tired.' The bathroom had signs of mould and needed a new shower screen as it didn’t stop the water squirting all over the bathroom! There was evidence of prior flooding. We would have liked to have had an ice tray in our fridge as it was very hot. We asked but there wasn’t one to be had. Although we could see the sea from our balcony, it actually faced onto a derelict site which wasn’t very pretty. It didn’t really matter but it would have been nice to have had a better view.

The building was a beautiful Bauhaus style which we really liked. it set it apart from other local properties. We had a pleasant apartment with plenty of room to spread out. There was a big fridge which made it easy to store our snacks, salads etc. The staff on the front desk were extremely helpful and kind. In particular, Yuval, who greeted us when we arrived very late at night, helped us to settle in and rang a Pizza takeaway service as we were starving after a long journey. Also, Avi, who was on the desk in the day times, was really kind and pleasant. Each day, a very polite and efficient cleaner popped in to wipe around, make the bed, tidy up and leave new towels.

Mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable. Apartments are not well kept. Paint is coming off everywhere. The noise from the air conditioning is outrageous. Pool not available even though it was over 30 degrees. They claim is winter. Parking is available but a mess to get in and out as owners park anywhere they want and not between lines or designated spaces. Very old building. There is a big gap between how it is shown on booking.com and reality. The building has seen better times. However, it was okay for the week we were there.

Excellent service, specially Mr. Yuval. There was another guy that was extremely helpful. I believe he is a gamer and plays Dragons. Location was perfect for us. Very clean apartment with daily service.

Amazing location. The service is above and beyond expectations. Especially the property manager, Mrs. Rauma Vaknin. Every day they clean the room and take care of everything. The property cleaner is amazing and helpful and caring. In a stunning landscape. The property is equipped with everything you need. High speed internet, 65 inch TV !!! The property is close to well-known chef restaurants and the city beaches.

Truthfully - sadly a dirty shabby, outdated building and apartment - not as shown in the photos - furniture one stained sofa bed - vile. A mismatched patio table used inside as dining table with odd chairs, walls all stained with splatters particularly kitchen and stairway- skirting boards all dirty and covered in dust. No armchair or soft furnishings or lamps as shown in photos advertising. Very basic and grim. The aircon was ridiculously very noisy archaic and the air vents were so filthy - covered in years of dirty grease grime. The bathroom floor had green mould all around the glass door - again never been properly cleaned, the sink tap was falling apart. The balcony had rusty dirty mismatched furniture, not comfortable for sitting on at all. The balcony walls were stained and cracking with rust weathered marks all over. There were two huge aircon units on the balcony and when the aircon was on they were throwing out extreme heat onto the small seating area- could not sit out in it. The balcony Sun canopy could not be opened as-it was torn to pieces and looked as if it had not been opened in years.

kitchen badly equipped. a bit run down at places. overlooking a parking lot. we also had a burst water pipe which made the flat smell damp. this can happen and then then owner offered us a separate apartment which was right.
