From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we experienced top-notch service that made us feel like VIPs. Fortunately, we secured a parking spot in the hotel's small garage. Upon check-in, we were welcomed with a delightful Rose, and the complimentary happy hour added a nice touch. The breakfast was lavish, comparable to a five-star hotel's spread. The staff was welcoming and service-oriented, ensuring a memorable stay. We enjoyed the best night's sleep with a stunning sea view.

I didn't love the fact that I had to go to their other hotel property two doors down for breakfast but at least it wasn't raining.

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. The room was small but that's what I've come to expect from boutique hotels. It was a comfortable room with a comfortable bed. It was clean. It had a nice size TV that was easy to operate. I appreciated the free water bottles and chocolates as well. Would stay here again in the future.

They whole staff was welcoming and accommodating, especially since things like breakfasts were moved to a different location because of the war. They also allowed me to check out late in the evening because I had a very late flight.

The rooms are smaller than expected, but it's a boutique hotel.

This boutique hotel is very well located, right across the street from the beach and port; as well as the restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The breakfast is very delicious and with various dishes. All the staff is extremely kind and made our 20 days stay very warm and comfortable.

If I were to not pick there were two things that bothered me. Every time we entered our room it had an odd odour and we had some bug issues (unfortunately common near the sea).

I loved the location, for us it was perfectly placed between the namal and the tayelet. It wasn’t to far to Savidor train station and a close walk to Dizengoff. The staff were pleasant, the hotel looked fresh and the lobby area was great.

Sullen receptionist at 6.30am on my departure after 8 day stay A friendly and pleasant goodbye is as important as a friendly welcome. Her attitude was evident throughout my stay so obvious she either hates her job or needs training.

Staff, breakfast, happy hour each night, and fast response to requests made you feel very welcome in a homely atmosphere. Rooftop terrace a relaxing spot. The beach was across the road. TV in room provided a variety of English channels

No pool. There was water seeping from the bathroom and room walls I guess due to condensation which made it smell stuffy and damp

Friendly staff. Cocktail hour between 5 and 7pm every day amazing. Great location. Wifi good.

Very little we didn't like. Hotel is right on a main road but we had a room at the back and it didn't bother us.

We liked pretty much everything. Decent breakfast, good late afternoon snacks, beach towels with water, free rental bikes, location - loads of good restaurants within 5 to 10 mins walk and beach is 5 min walk
