The hotel is a bit dated. The furniture is too dull and worn out. It requires quite a bit of make over. Breakfast is okay some items were not fresh.

It’s slightly dated and renovation is in progress but the staff made it comfortable As we spent most time outside it didn’t really matter but any shortfall was greatly made up by All the staff at the hotel.

Location was great Vishal was amazing in ensuring all our requirements were met with ease. The staff were amazing in answering any questions we had regarding hotel as well as the area. Dining room was managed by Mikel and Breakfast was great . He looked after us with his energy and attitude in ensuring we were well fed and made us feel very comfortable with all our needs. Both Vishal and Michel are a great asset to this organisation and may long it continue as we really had a great time there. We will definitely return. A special thank to Anil for his friendliness and great attitude in ensuring we covered the area well with his knowledge .

Some rooms are less ventilated and bathrooms also very old, immediate renovation needed I advise pay after selecting the room

Location is great, walkable distance from Gateway of India, Colaba market and if you can, even Marine Drive. Room was comfortable. Hot water supply was available. Breakfast buffet was good

Location excellent and great value for money but you get what you pay for, and the SunCity Apollo is looking a little tired in places, especially the bathrooms in our rooms. Breakfast was very good and the staff throughout were helpful. It's a '2 night max' hotel but it does it's job!

Only 1 ltr water provide per day for drinking, after that you buy @70 per liter its too much pathetic and hotel is under renovation so some drop backs in every room

i was not given the room key on the first night. staff drop me to the room and said they have only one key and he cant give it to me. if i go out then i will have to ask them to open the room door. However on the next day when new staff came to work then they just give me the room key. i didnt understood the logic why key wasnt given to me when i checkedin.

The room is very different from the pictures If we open window there’s another building right next to so we couldn’t open it at all, it was not city view

the furniture in room no 408 was in a very pathetic situation. they give only four pouches of milk powder for coffee which i think could be raised to 6. half liter of water is not sufficient and could be replaced with 1ltr. the ac is pretty old and does not give a good feel the windows of the room were shaking due to winds and was disturbing while sleeping. there was a lots n lots of pilling on bed sheet and was pretty uncomfortable

the break fast and the manager who was serving it was excellent.not just he was quick but also very proactive and trying to serve at his best.the location of hotel is very good ,as it is walking distance from Taj,gate way of india and other iconic places.The reception person named Hussain was also very helpful
