Need chairs and small table in rooms. It’s a hassle to keep bringing porch chairs through the narrow door. Mosquito nets need replacing some holes I had mosquito challenges several nights. Fan in my room wasn’t very effective.

Breakfast is fantastic. Cooked to order, good choice and quality ingredients. Location is ideal. Pool and open lounge area beautiful and kept immaculate. Bed is comfortable.

The Indian guests sitting on lounge chairs by bar in WET swimming wear splashing water all over floor time & time again after staff mopped up ?? Drinks at pool side ( bottles -beer ) making mess !! Other guests respectfully around -pool area !!

Chilled hut, near the beach. Fantastic sandy beach, not crowded at all. The beach bars and loungers were fantastic, not expensive either.

Price wise, for what the place offer, should be much cheaper. Its name is ‘Eco Resort’ but they serve water in plastic bottle, for example. Or The shampoo and the body wash (even if I used mine) r definitely not ‘bio’ and they r in plastic containers. Maybe are small details but very important if the resort wants to be Eco.

Hut was in direct sunlight so too hot to sit on terrace. Perhaps some bamboo blinds for the huts in full sun could be an idea so that you can sit outside room as too hot in the day inside the hut.

Lovely staff. Very comfortable eco hut with well designed t bathroom and very comfortable beds with excellent bed linens. Great location right on the beach , beach outside the hotel is not too crowded with just a few sun loungers outside next door resort. Very Very comfortable and clean for a hut. good housekeeping team. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception .

Had to pay a cover charge to sit round the pool, not many shaded areas to sit outside.

The public toilet was often a bit dirty (common for India) and the water pressure was low even at the allotted time for the water pressure to be available.

I only had one problem. I have been to your resort before and love the pool. However as I am getting older and have some disabilities I find that it is difficult to get out of the pool without crawling out on my hands and knees, not exactly dignified! Last year my husband had to pull me out😄Unfortunately this year I couldn’t use it. Could you consider putting a hand rail near the steps for us older folk?

Service in restaurant was not very nice. The property is very loud when they have parties going on. The pool is loud all day.

The lock for the huts when entering and exiting can be fiddly. I had a couple of nights of being woke by loud groups of people (we were in a quiet zone). May be a bit much if you're frightened by large insects and being exposed to the elements.

The view from the beach street huts was spectacular, and the sounds of the waves were soothing.

I took the drop-in yoga class (which was very good). A sign gave the times but did not mention there was a fee (IR500). The yoga mats were filthy. When I asked the person at the desk for clean ones, he said there were no other ones.

I rented a beachfront hut which was wonderful! The on- site restaurant was very good.

The mosquitoes got through the net so that was a bit annoying at night.

The pool area is lovely. It's a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful views from the first and second row of the huts. Great for relaxing. Not too busy. Restaurant serving great meals even if a bit more expensive compared to some other places. Good service. Yoga in the morning at a cost of 500 rupees.

once sun goes down it’s best to limit lights on in the huts to prevent mosquitos from coming in. The huts are bamboo so they do let them in. Overall not an issue but it just takes one mosquito to ruin a night lol

Great boutique hotel with lovely grounds, a beautiful beachfront location and a large pool. I had a beachfront which I loved. I was worried about there not being AC as it is an eco resort, but it was very breezy and comfortable. The restaurant is fantastic (Lazy Dog) and the personnel are helpful and kind.
